The service was friendly and good. The food was delicious. Pasta was perfectly cooked. Vegetarian friendly. Food took a bit to be done but that’s what you have to expect when getting great quality real Italian food. Worth the wait. The exterior was beautiful and...the interior was gorgeous. Very castlecore. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant. And I will be returning most definitely.More

Terrible service and food. Will not be returning. Side salad was lettuce with a few chunks of tomato. There French bread was plain bread served with cold butter. Meatballs tasted like the frozen meatballs you can buy from the store

I have lived in New York and Miami and was looking for a good Italian restaurant here in the Tri-Cities after recently moving here. Let me say this, don’t expect Olive Garden food. This is 100% legit Italian food!! I am a Vegetarian and was...very surprised at all the vegetarian options. I had the Fettuccine al Fungi; such an amazing dish!!More

Although we’ve ordered takeout several times, this visit was our first foray into a sit down restaurant since the onset of Covid. And we knew it had to be at our favorite; Bella. Their patio is so open, yet completely surrounded by 15’ft tall shrubs,...so it feels intimate. We felt very safe and comfortable. The food, as is always our experience, was just SO YUMMY. The wine, the bread, the chicken, the salad, the pasta, the dessert....it all was as we remembered. Nadia, the owner, again, as always, so very gracious. We were reminded just how much we have missed a super delicious, nicely paced, relaxing dinner; to sit across from your partner and have an engaging dinner conversation that doesn’t include Covid or politics. A brief respite from reality. Lovely. Just. Simply. LOVELY.More

I and my wife have been coming to Bella Italia for nearly 20 years. We've been turned off by the insipidly bland pasta and fake Italian cuisine of places like Olive Garden and The Spaghetti Factory. Coming to Bella Italia is a win win as...we get to have authentic Italian cuisine (yes, we've gone to Italy) and support a local business. The hosts are attentive, the pace of meals slow. The food is reasonably priced and prepared using fresh, quality ingredients. The wine list, especially the Italian wines, are great and reasonably priced. Finally, as a vegan there are a number of options for me. I wholeheartedly recommend them.More

We have rarely had better service and the atmosphere was quiet and intimate. The food was just OK. We may try again and order different things--worth a try.

Very over priced for the dishes and the food and service was mediocre. Not offered fresh ground pepper. I don’t like OG, but I should have gone there.

We are always mystified when we see a bad review for Bella. We think the authors could not possibly have dined at the same place we have so enjoyed over the past 20 years. Nadia, the owner, is always so attentive and fun. And the...food has always been simply wonderful. The atmosphere is intimate and quiet....we can have a lovely conversation if it’s just the two of us, or a lively exchange with friends, as we did this evening. So....great service, great atmosphere, great food. Just a great place to go to, run by a nice Italian family. Blessedly NOT the Olive Garden!More

My husband and I just back from Europe were looking forward to giving this beautifully decorated Italian “cucina” a try. We had wonderful service by Juliet, nice and relaxed, great wine. The complimentary bread was fresh and the garlic butter is delicious. Lots of selections...(6 different Gnochi). There was a good selection of desserts. We had a beautiful candle-lit dinner that was delicious and quiet. We will be back.More

Horrible food period. Stale, store bought bread. Flat soda. Microwaved appetizer, so tuff you could not eat it (not that you would want to). Cold pasta with white sauce was like wall paper paste. Even the green salad was bad...how so you ruin lettuce?

None of us have noticed it on the menu, but they have wonderful scaloppine and usually a couple of daily specials. You might try calling the restaurant.
