Came here for a bite to eat and some drinks before attending a play down the street. Good atmosphere, and great food. It was a bit on the pricey side, but the food was high quality cantina stuff. Going to have to try something off the sauce menu next time.

We have been coming here for several years. Although it is on the Main Street it is easy to miss. My friends and I have never had a meal here that wasn’t great. Great margaritas as well. Dinner with chips and salsa beforehand $18. They are expanding in size. Yeah! Love it!

Four of us ate there and we all ordered different dishes. Fish tacos, shrimp and lobster enchiladas, and Pork enchilada with verde sauce and pineapple. All was delicious. Very good service too!

We chose this place because of the reviews we read. The location is really great and the margaritas are very tasty! (Try the coconut! ) We ordered the guac and split the carne asada. The guac was good but our dinner was nothing special. We like authentic Mexican food and this was not. It was missing the Mexican flavors, this restaurant is definitely putting a hip, American spin on their food and that's not what we were looking for.

We stopped by in the evening. The location is good with indoor and outdoor. The inside is darker and has a few TVs. The menu is Mexican but the prices are high for what you get. Is seems to be focused on bar drinks rather than food. There were only three beers on draft. Service was good. We think there are better options nearby.

The food here is really good. Drinks are great, its a busy atmosphere but you can always get a table. I recommend the Carne Asada!

We love to support local businesses and particularly the historic downtown Issaquah community, but this place was a disappointment. Its a loud, crowded, chaotic bar. The waitress informed us that she could not provide my husband a blended margarita as they are a busy, high volume place and don't have the time to blend drinks. Oh, there's how to set the stage for a great experience. The several food items we ordered suffered from the same attitude....not very tasty, thrown together, and unappealing. Made us wish we had gone to the wonderful Levitate, or The Black Duck at Gilman Village, or even to the Las Margaritas across the street. All are better options.

Not a lot of great tex mex in the Seattle area but this place definitely stands out as one of the best. Great drinks, great guac, great food overall and all kinds of different salsa to suite your unique taste. Plus Front St has that old mountain town feel...love the area!

Great food and fabulous staff. Authentic Mexican style foods vs. the Tex Mex that is served at many Mexican cuisine restaurants. A must visit once and you will return many times.

This place has mastered the tequila drink. I had no idea there was so much more than a margarita. The food is super yummy too. Great atmosphere.

This is my favorite happy hour anywhere! I've never ordered anything that isn't fabulous. If you like hot they have 3 chili silly - made fresh and very hot. I go out of my way to go here - I live in Woodinville work in Redmond and it's worth the drive.

This is true cantina and you must be over 21 to visit however if you find food items you enjoy they do offer takeout. Dining in they have a wonderful bar selection and quite a variety of margaritas. They offer many salsa varieties as well as guacamole. Don't pass on the duck taquitos they are amazing. We have enjoyed a wide variety of entrees and each has prepared to delight. The salads are quite large as are the entrees. Try the variety of tacos from chicken to seafood options. The only thing we haven't tried is dessert but based on the rest of the menu I feel confidant they are delicious as well.

My wife and revisited this restaurant last week for happy hour - we had stopped in the place about a month ago just for a cocktail and wanted to try their food. We sat at the bar where the staff congregate at the end near the kitchen and arrived just after they opened. My wife had a glass of wine and I a margarita - both marginally discounted for happy hour. We ordered tacos which were openfaced and miniscule. The beef tacos ($2 for $7) should have been off a child's menu. We were asked if we wanted some chips and thinking they were complimentary like every Mexican resaurant on the west coast but no, we were charged $5 for the chips and two mini-cups of salsa. We could order other salsa samples for .42 cents each and tried the one flavored by peanuts which was very good. The next cup size below the sample cups must be a thimble. We also bought a large spoonful of rice and beans for $1.50 each and a shrimp cocktail $7 that was tasty. Our bill which included taxes and a "5% kitchen living wage" was over $60. We liked the regular bartender, the opening bartender (tall, bearded, tatted) had major attitude. The place reminded me of a local's joint in a ski-area with little snow. We won't return or recommend.

The food was tasty, and the margarita which I ordered was the Son of something or other....it had a habanero-infused simple syrup and was nice and spicy. But I really think the bartender forgot to add any alcohol because I felt no buzz at all - and it's a tall drink! Could the waiter mistakenly heard me order a non-alkie drink? I don' think so....but in any event I'm a relative lightweight and did not feel any alcohol. I didn't realize it at the time - just afterwards when we got home. Or else i would have said something! The wait staff was super nice and attentive, and I want to think that they would have made it right if I'd brought it up. Food was really delicious - I had the grilled mahi-mahi tacos. Hubbsters had the pork burrito -and he took half home. Nice guac and salsas.

Always crowded and last time we tried to come it was just too full. This time we arrived a little earlier on a Saturday and sat at a shared bench. We were served and got our first drink right away, but waited forever for our second round to arrive, and food also took a really long time. We shared nachos $11 and added jalapenos, they were pretty good, just the standard chips, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Also shared a Prawns Enjados $18 that came with beans, rice and tortilla, and were also really good and they split it onto separate plates for us. The waitress apologized when she brought our check, said someone new on the bar had slowed things down. Probably wouldn't rush back, just too busy.
