With social distancing and limitations, this place gives you the opportunity to eat outside in a nice setting. The food and service was great. If you're in old Issaquah, it's worth a try.

First time here and at first it was a little hard to find since you first walk through a bamboo gate into a wonderful Japanese garden, past a spa down to the restaurant. First nice setting and the inside of the restaurant was very nice....We order a side of Gyoza that was crisp on the outside and tender and flavorful inside. Their dipping sauce was also pretty special. The main course was minced pork, dried shredded pork, a fried egg (cooked perfectly) over steamed rice with pickled green, bak choy, cabbage and marinated tofu. The spices and the mingling of all the different flavors and textures was amazing.More

The restaurant is actually called Cafe Umi and it’s connected to Spa Chi. Good selection of Taiwanese options. Hot dumpling wonton soup and umi fried rice were flavorful and well executed. Nice size portions and expedient service. Will definitely be on my visit again list...after some hiking in Issaquah. Try the taro bubble tea with boba!More

This is a small family place, impeccably decorated with a variety of asian dishes and american beer. There is a outside garden with seating and a few well-behaved kids running around. I was quite charmed. I had a Pho and my son a curry -...both quite fine. Certainly would go back.More

After discovering this restaurant as we drove down Bush Street, we researched it on the Internet and, based on the positive reviews, decided to try it. We're glad that we did. This is a very small restaurant with a fairly limited menu but the staff...is very friendly, the setting is attractive, it's convenient to Old-Town Issaquah, the prices are good and, most importantly, the food is excellent. My wife enjoyed her Pork dish, while my Wonton soup was at the top of any that I've ever had. Bottom Line - this definitely is not higher-end dining but, in our judgment, is an excellent choice for a delicious lunch at reasonable prices.More

I like this place a lot. Originally I went in just to have a coffee, and they do that just fine: espressos, cappuccinos, etc. What's fun is they offer a range of typical and varied Asian casual cuisine. Soup noodles, udon, rice dishes, wonton, and...asian style desserts. When the weather is nice you can sit outside. Well, that's a few months away yet. It's walkable from the library, community center, the pool, and much of downtown Olde Issaquah. The ladies who work there are polite and friendly. It's the kind of place that I'll find an excuse to stop in, if I'm in the area and have some time to kill.More

From the outside, I thought I was in the wrong place and I had never had Taiwanese food. I had some noodle soup which was delicious and very cheap. The Taiwanese sausage was also quite good though very unique. Overall, good food and a great...find as there are not a lot of Taiwanese restaurants around.More

Great Patio and outdoors. Inside decor can be better. Remove home furnishings, and make it more upscale.

I had the Taro soup noodles that day and they were very delicious!!! The boba milk tea brewed their own tea was good as well. The interior was nice with cute decorations and very clean. I feel like I come back to my home in...Asia and was able to be relaxed during the lunch. Defenitely I will come back again soon.More
