The first time I went there, the food I picked was not very good. I ate French Onion Soup and the Steak French Dip. The soup was very heavy and I did not like the flavor. The meat was chewy in my sandwich. I went there again for a business lunch last week and it was much better. I chose... More

I have been going to Jaks since they first opened! It is by far my favorite place to eat in Issaquah! Always consistently good.

Had a great meal at Jak's. I had the chicken fried steak and my wife had the belgium waffles. So good and so much food. I would go here again

Sat. Night 20 min wait but so worth it all the Steaks are fantastic and like some of the other "Steak Restaurants" you get the full meal deal for the price of the steak. Great Drinks/wine service was so accommodating and friendly. Really try the NY Steak Sandwich served with fries sub them or add the Cesar salad. Oh and... More

You can go to Daniels, to Mortons, or to Ruths Chris. This place is better than any place we've been to. It does NOT take reservations, so just put your name in and go visit Claude at Vino Bella across the street. We love the steak here, we love the food, and we love the servers. The breakfast is amazing.... More

Came for dinner on a Tuesday night, and the place was packed. There were 4 of us and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table (they didn't take dinner reservations). The bar was overflowing, I guess it was happy hour. We just stood and waited by the hostess stand but there really wasn't room and it was... More

My family and I went here for Father's Day brunch, both the food and service were excellent. Try either the steak and eggs or the chicken-fried steak, and in either case, be prepared to haul some food home in a box. Be advised that Jak's doesn't take reservations for brunch, so you may have to wait a bit to be... More

Joe is the bartender, and he makes the best drinks! The food is great too. The menu has several options. The best is their hamburger. You can get it plain or with cheese and/or bacon. This is a great value. We also enjoy the shrimp scampi, beef tidbits (new York steak and filet chunks in a nice gravy). You can... More

I had heard that Jacks was the place to go for steak. So, my husband and I went for our anniversary. We went early on a Tuesday evening and we were able to walk right in. We ordered a steak and a fish dish plus the Brussel sprouts appetizer (yes, Brussel sprouts for an appetizer...crazy!). The steak was under cooked... More
