The food here is delicious and the portions are generous. It is super popular with sporting groups etc so you never know if they'll be filled up but it is worth the wait. It is basic counter service so don't expect a full dining experience....While my favorite dish is their chilaquiles everything we have tried we have enjoyed.More
This is a real Mexican restaurant. Be warned even during the superbowl you'll probably be watching the soccer kind of football. While it's far from a fancy restaurant it has great food and friendly service.
This is a great basic kind of baja style Mexican place (cocteles camarones). The servings are generous, the salsas and gravies are auotentico, and they make REAL chile rellenos (fresh roasted chiles stuffed with cheese, dipped in egg batter)! They have horchata sometimes too. Good...tamales too (get the gravy on them).
Great family run spot with a little Mexican store next to it that has a great selection of dried chiles.More
We are from Southern CA, so we are admittedly a little jaded when in comes to good Mexican food. We had higher hopes for this place based on the reviews. It was just OK...wasn't great, wasn't horrible.
If you're looking for an authentic dish of Mexican food, then go no further. Taqueria La Venadita has just what you've been searching for. Interestingly enough it is one of Issaquah's best kept secret till now.
Run DON'T walk to this amazing little eatery and...treat yourself to some true Mexican Goodness! 🌮💕More
