Came here with friends for dinner before a movie. Had a great meal with good service. Crab cakes were good: grilled artichokes were good and so was the beet salad. We will definitely come back.

The steak salad was OK, the steak was tender served on chopped half a head of lettuce, nothing fancy there. Was not a full meal on its own. The place was Crazy busy though (firday evening) and if you like that environment it includes slower service. Had the meal its self was better, everything else would have been secondary. The... More
Recently went for dinner at this restaurant The waiter told us their specials and we waited for some time. When he returned he advised us that they no longer had the special. We proceeded to re-order again off the menu. Our waiter was apologetic and said he would get our meals to us as quickly as possible. Shortly thereafter we... More
We visited here on a Groupon deal, which saved $30 off our ticket for two. We still spent $90 out of pocket including tip, partly because we had never tried Wagyu before, but due to the occasion, the $47 chef special (amorously described by the server) was worth a try. It was amazing. But not so amazing I'd order it... More
Apparently 11:30am on a Saturday gets you a brunch-ish menu. My friend was able to get soup and salad... the soup of the day was roasted cauliflower with cheese. She said it was delicious. I opted for the Huevos Bravos and could not have been happier! Two poached eggs on top of potatoes and greens... covered with a delightful, slightly... More
Meh. Ordered the Steak salad, which was decent, the Kobe burger, which was good, except the bun was soggy and fries it came with were awful. Also the fig appetizer, which was burnt and almost inedible. For the money, we'd probably go elsewhere.
I had lunch here with a friend who I had not seen in four years. We chose it as this was a central meeting place for us. We were seated promptly and served by someone who I believe was new to her post. She was being trained/observed while she was at our table. So, awkward for our server but she... More
Food was great but we had a RUDE waitress. She was not particularly friendly overall. When we were ready to check out and told her we had a Groupon, she was like: "well, you can only redeem it if it is not expired and if it is for 2". Duh! Well, if they are not happy to accept Groupons then... More
Flat Iron Grill is always in the mix of "where do we go tonight?" The food is always prepared well. There are plenty of interesting food choices for everyone. The bar is great... especially if you like craft and specialty liquors. We enjoy the rustic atmosphere and outdoor seating in good weather.
We went to flat iron grill because I bought a Groupon. The wait staff was friendly and we were seated right away even without a reservation. They stock a massive amount of whiskey and other libations. We ordered paella, sirloin, halibut, watermelon salad and desserts. My halibut was cooked perfectly. So was my brothers steak. My sister also enjoyed her... More
