We popped in this diner along Hwy 2 in Gold Bar. We ordered the Stuff Yer Belly Omelette with 8 eggs, bacon, onion, peppers, olives, green onions, tomatoes and Cheddar. At $16.45 we had more than enough for two for breakfast. This is great diner fare, folks! Just right omelette and hashbrowns. Yum Yum.

We visited with relatives who live nearby. I wish I could tell you what I had but two weeks later, looking at my receipt, I have no clue. I had the chicken ranch, whatever that was. Not memorable! I recall it was just okay. It came with fries but they were just okay. I like them crispy and flavorful. These... More

This was my second visit and it did not disappoint. Waffles for breakfast, hot and powdered sugar dusted. Mmmm. My over-easy egg was spot on, and the sausages were hot. They redid the interior with white paint for a fresh look. These people know the formula for success. Fast and friendly service, in a welcoming atmosphere, plus consistently good food.... More

We stopped here twice. First, on the way to Lake Wenatchee and then on the way back. Both visits were for lunch. The ambience is nondescript. There is a counter you encounter on the way in and to the left is the surprisingly large (for a diner) dining room. Windows around two sides let a lot of light in. When... More

The food was fresh and well done. I ordered a soup of a day, a cod salad and big chief to go. Really tasty, not over fried with mild gravy. Prices are reasonable and waiters are quick enough.

We were looking for a late lunch on the way home over Stevens Pass and found the Mountain View Diner. I had the chicken fried stew and my husband had the liver and onions. Yes you read that correctly, this diner served liver and onions! The service was attentive, polite and knowledgeable, the decor was homey and comfortable. The meals... More

Perfect place for a break on the drive from Everett to Leavenworth. Old-fashioned roadside country cafe with good food and good coffee. Points from Rewards Network (e.g., Mileage Plus Dining) was a nice plus.

Quality diner food, always hot and cooked perfectly. We love to stop here for breakfast or lunch whether it's on our way up to Stevens Pass to ski, headed east for vacation or after we are done skiing. They keep your coffee cup filled with a friendly smile.

They kind of have an attitude when they start to close, and I mean a half hour before.. We were rushed out like a herd of sheep.. This was our 3rd choice in restaurants and should of been 2nd to last. Food is ok but you can tell it's been frozen and deep fried. Great for people who don't care... More
