Susanne does the baking, her husband, Mike, does the cooking. Everything is good. The baked things are really superior. On a warm day you can sit on the deck and see Gig Harbor.

Salads and soup for lunch were interesting and very good. Brownies were great. Known for cakes I hear.

This is fresh, real pastry and bread! And expresso ! The way to awake in the morning. Later, a light lunch to go with your reading/conversation. This place is local, and a trip to France/ Italy. OH, beer and wine , of course Ya, I would hang out here

Had breakfast and grabbed sandwiches for later. Both were very tasty especially the pasta salad that came as a side to the sandwiches. I would stop here again.

If you're visiting Gig Harbor by car or boat, and looking for a nice little place for breakfast or lunch, consider Susanne's. Most of the food is made from scratch. Great muffins, cinnamon rolls, and coffee for breakfast. Great sandwiches (homemade bread), soup (homemade every day) and desserts. I like Mike's Club, Egg Salad, and the Salami sandwiches. Every sandwich... More
