I was surprised at how good this meal was for a chain seafood restaurant. All the food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We had the crab-stuffed mushrooms that were some of the best I have ever had. I had the stuffed halibut with a lobster sauce that made me swoon and think about days later. My wife had... More

Visited the federal way location, sat in the bar area, mid week, not busy, service was poor at best, ordered the shrimp feast and two bar ginger ales. We had to constantly ask for beverage and water refills as well as refills on our shrimp meals. The waitress was distant and not friendly. The food was good for the most... More

My date and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was prepared well and was quite tasty. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is laid out in such a way as to not be loud like many other restaurants.

We eat at McGrath's a least twice a month. We feel the coconut shrimp is best. The lunch menu is quite interesting, with many seafood specials. We feel there happy hour is one of the best around the area. We enjoy the combo platters and salads are special. Service has always been good.

Oyster Shooters and appetizers are great. The initial try at the Colombian King Salmon plate at $20.99 a disaster. The dish boasted a 4 ounce shred of salmon cooked to get jerky. Second try had the cut partially over cooked and center flaky. The steamed broccoli was hardly cooked. This plate genuinely made me feel like a fleeced idiot tourist... More

After eating at McGrath's, I now understand the polarized ratings I've read. You either grew up eating and enjoying frozen fish sticks, or fresh seafood. I was lucky enough to have grown up eating fresh seafood and there is a huge difference. Every menu item my family of four tried was an example of expensive fish sticks. Caught, processed, breaded,... More

We had a very good meal, my wife's fish a bit to much oil. Service good, we were seated promptly and the waiter was very polite.

Good service and great food. Atmosphere was pleasant as well as the staff. They have a great side menu for those that don't like seafood also (like me).

Stopped by for fish and chips and they (and the Ceasar salad) were great. This meal was on the house in recognition of Vets day. Thanks a lot for this gesture!

Thank Mark M
