Avoided this location for over a year but came back. I blame management for most of this because they clearly don't train well and leave multiple employees as basically useless. Went to pick up a to-go order and within 5 minutes 3 different people greeted...me just to tell me none of them could take my payment. Another 5 minutes until someone can shows up. But wait the lady I placed the order with over the phone ignored that I told her to ring up both orders separately and left them together. She comes over and can't edit orders neither can the guy. They then go into the back for the manager to fix it (another 10 minutes). Finally, get it paid for and they all just stand in the way by the order rack. I had to weasel in between the employees and grab my own order off the shelf. Drive back, orders cold and soggy. AVOIDMore

We had a burger box for our office today and I was really impressed. There were 20 burgers ordered, they were all neatly labeled and presented in the box. There was a box of condiments with individual tongs and large container of chips plus almost...full size bottles of sauces. This was during the virus shutdown and I’m glad we found this. I would heartily recommend this burger box to anyone!More

We are from an area where we do not have a Red Robin. We see advertisements all the time and wanted to check it out. The restaurant is easy to access and was clean and well organised. It took a bit to see what the...whole gourmet burger concept is but we were impressed with the selection of foods. After deciding on our meals, we received our drinks quickly and the meals were fresh and hot. Out hostess (Katie) was superb. She was punctual with suggestions, refills, and just plain good service. Thoroughly personable staff. The food was well prepared and we enjoyed a great eating experience in a warm and welcoming environment. If we get a chance to stop in again, we will certainly do so.More

Really good food and a large ever-changing menu. Lots of variety and a great place for adults and kids both. Easy to find just off the main road with lots of parking. Can get crowded some nights.

I've been a fan of Red Robin for 30 years, been to locations around Washington and BC. Everett RR is unworthy of the name. I love RR so much that I've given this location FIVE chances in the past 5 years, but it's truly horrible....It's more like a roadside truck stop. Denny's is better in every way but decor. Today was especially disgusting though. We were cheery, and in a good but quiet mood until we left. This place literally made us feel worse. 1. Fries: RR is well known for asking customers if they want to start with some fries, I've been to this location 5 times and they never ask. When my order came today, I was served all crispy bits (1 inch long or shorter) with ONE regular fry, and they weren't hot. I finished my fry, and asked for another tray and they didn't bring them till we were done with the meal (the place was quiet, it wasn't busy at all). 2. They were out of tartar (fail) so we asked for mayo. It took 15min., and 10 min. were after we'd already received our food. 3. The waitress had a tattoo on her face...seriously millennials, gtfo with your face tattoos, you look like criminals. Face tattoo should mean that you work in the kitchen. 4. Both the BLT and burger we ordered looked like they were put together with a shovel. 5. Later, the waitress told us that there would be a quick survey at the end, and she had the audacity to say "Please make sure to give me a 10, because anything less than a 10 affects my hours." WTF?! 6. When we paid, no recipe printed out. The waitress was gone, so the manager brought us a copy. He looked like he just woke up and had slept in his clothes. He was dirty, his hair was all disheveled, and shirt un-tucked. Maybe he was the dishwasher? I worked in my share of restaurants, in all positions. 3 of those years as server. These people are in dire need of training, manners, cooking... everything here was below standard. This place should be renamed Red's Roadside Slop n' Stuff.More

There was a group of 7 of us, came in around 845 pm on a Friday night. After no one welcomed us, even up front, I walked to the middle of the half empty restaurant to find someone. A lady said I will be there...in two. After 10 more minutes, and seeing two staff members (one looked to be a manager) were goofing off, a straight shot from the entry, I walked back to the middle again, a different waitress said we will be right there. Meanwhile two more groups come in to be seated. No joke-another 10 minutes before ONE person welcomed us. We should’ve just left because it was a marathon still from there. Food was sub par, wrong orders, the table machine wasn’t working reliably. Frustrating all around.More

It's been a few years since we've been to this Red Robin. Things have changed since then, and I'm not to sure it's for the better. The service is very good, and the burgers are great. We like Raspberry Iced Tea and what they serve...isn't Raspberry Tea. I'm not sure how the make it and it's not work it. Then there is the napkin issue. They now have paper towels at the table which seems to make the experience a lower quality than before. The booth we had was VERY uncomfortable. I don't think we'll be back to this Red Robin or any other!More

We stopped in Red Robin because we love their fries and it is always good quick service. This time, the service was very slow. We had to wait about five minutes before anyone came to the desk. Then we were told it was a five...minute wait for a table ( at least ten) bit there were lots of empty tables. I asked for a pain veggie burger. It came with cheese and an awful seasonings. The fries were tiny and like end pieces, not like the big fries they use to have. No napkins. Now you use paper towels and we had to ask for silverware. We had to check ourselves out by computer on the table. Mediocre food, no service, what is next? A pig trough?More

We've taken this place as our Family gathering place because the staff is very friendly and the burgers of course, really fresh and delicious. Right now, I would like to say that the only down point is that the used-to-be-amazing sweet potato fries quality has...decreased. Could it be their provider?... anyway, food is well prepared and place is clean and inviting☆☆☆More
