I regret to say that we won't be going back there for a long time. The food is great. I love the Hot and Sour soup and the General Tso chicken, but the waitress was really rude. She behaved as though we were inconveniencing her by entering the restaurant. Once we received the food we didn't see her again until she brought the check and then disappeared again. We had to wait around to pay and she seemed like collecting our money was a pain as well. We always leave a tip when we dine out, but we broke our rule for that visit. I wouldn't trust someone that unpleasant to handle my food in the future.

I have been a loyal fan of Beijing Garden for several years but my most recent experience has left me sadly disappointed. Last week we ordered a large delivery order, expecting their usual speedy service. Over an hour later, still no food so we called them to cancel.Sorry, no cancellations, we'll be right there. Another 40 minutes later the food arrived, COLD! One family member had to leave before it came so our dinner was spoiled in that way as well. The restaurant called to apologize but did not offer any recompense, something that would have taken much if the sting away. At any rate, I can no longer recommend Beijing Gardens and will deinitely be seeking out other delivery options.

I ordered my food and went to pick it up and was shocked by how much it was, I left a tip and went home saw the items I ordered were much less and when I called back was told the pricing online was wrong and that they tax each item separately and if I had any more question I can look up how restaurants bill online. I must be using the wrong website she was going to get her phone and check for herself because I must not be telling the truth. I sent her a snapshot of the web page and left it alone people don't know how to retain business. I will never eat there again. LOST A CUSTOMER. put your kid on a leash, she is driving away business.

We ordered a large diner for delivery. The sweet and sour chicken was delivered in a styrofoam container that had melted through due to the hot oil. When I called to let them know that this was poisonous Beijing Garden just blew me off and told me that no one else has complained. They KNEW that this was happening. Unbelievable!

Hubby and I ordered uber eats from this restaurant .... the sweet and sour prawns were NOT prawns but the tiniest of shrimp wrapped in a lot of breading (little breading expected) and no sweet and sour sauce just the red sauce they give with the crab rangoon at other places ... no pineapple nothing just red sauce on the side. We cut one open and the tiny shrimp stunk so bad we had to throw them out ... The vegetable fried rice had no flavor .... Mixed vegetables in sauce ... all the vegetables were old and limp ... Please try someplace else ... 3/5/2022 We did not visit this restaurant as stated before but they won't let me list this until I filled in their x's

We used their website to order dinner. It charged our credit card. They denied that it was even their website when we called wanting to know where our delivery was. I have a screen shot of the order confirmation. The version of the website they told me on the phone does not exist. They totally denied everything and took no responsibility. Did not offer to make it right. I have never been treated this way by a company. So not only didn’t we get dinner but now I’ll need to protest the charge on my credit card.

The lunch specials are good, big portions, but don't get your food delivered, takes too long and food is not as good, pick it up yourself or you will be disappointed

We have been getting take out from Beijing Gardens for several years and the food is always "so so". But we ordered online on New Year's Eve and it took over 3 hours to get our order, which was ICE cold upon delivery. We had called 5 times to confirm that food was on its way, but couldn't get through. It would go to voicemail, but the mailbox was full. I finally drove there to find that my order was out for delivery but no time frame. Online it said 40-50 min. When I called again and got a human, I asked if we could bring it back and get fresh food or a refund. They refused both, saying they never refund and no one was able to cook a replacement. She continued to say I should just microwave my dinner to get it warm and that they had 2 drivers call out and the one working was new and didn't know his way around. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and was shut down and told once again to microwave my dinner. Then she said they were very busy and hung up on me. We won't be ordering from them again.

Slow lunch time on Veteran's Day with my hubby. I'd been here before and it was acceptable and pretty quick service. This time it was a nightmare. When we got there there was one person at a table, so we were seated quickly. It went downhill from there. We ordered from the lunch specials menu. We both ordered the hot & sour soup. Hubs ordered General Tso's chicken which is supposed to be spicy. I ordered pork egg foo yung. After we gave our order the server brought us our soup. It was barely lukewarm and while it was sour, the heat left a great deal to be desired. It wasn't awful, but I've had (and made) much better. After about 10 minutes, the server brought my husband's lunch and told me it would be a few minutes for my order. I thought, Okay, no big deal. Meanwhile some other tables were seated and people with to-go orders came in. And I waited and waited. One of the people with the to-go order got their order and while I thought they came in after we did, I wasn't sure, so I didn't say anything. So I waited some more. Another 10 minutes passed and the table that was seated after us started getting their food and there I sat without my lunch. I'm not usually a pushy customer, but the next time I saw our server I told her to forget about bringing my lunch. I told her I could hace hatched the eggs faster than they could get me my food. Five minutes later the server came to the table with my lunch and started to apologize and told me my meal (egg foo yung) takes longer because it's pan fried. I thought Really??? I told her again that I didn't want it, but my husband insisted I take it. So I did.... bad move. The egg foo yung was served with 2 scoops of fried rice and a spring roll. The egg foo yung WAS hot, I will give them that. But it you could see a sheen of oil around the outside. Then I tried the spring roll and that left grease dripping from my fingers. It was just nasty. My boss and I had eaten here about a month ago and it was nothing like this. She told me that the original owners had sold and the new owners weren't nearly as good, but they were inconsistent. She should have told me that before my husband and I went.

Beijing Garden is a small and unassuming place but don't let that fool you. My two favorite entrees are the Mango Prawns and the Honey Walnut Prawns. Absolutely delicious! Their delivery is fast (I live just a couple miles away) and the food is always hot and tasty. I have not noticed any downturn in food or service but then again, I have only gotten delivery in the past year or so.

The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The lunch menu comes with tea, a choice of soup, a spring roll and either steamed or fried rice. Honestly, the portion was more than enough. I didn't see the option on the menu but I wish I could have ordered a combo plate. I opted for the General Taos chicken. It was marked as spicy on the menu but I wasn't asked how hot I would like it. It did have a little heat to it but I would have liked a little more. The chicken was prepared in small balls which perplexed me a little and it that left room for too much breading in places. The heater was on pretty high and it keeps the restaurant pretty warm. You won't need your coat while eating. I might come back, it's not the worst I've had however no where near the best either. If you haven't been, I'd say give it a try and see what you think.

This used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area until it sold several months ago. Following the sale I stopped in a couple of times. One time the food just wasn't up to par. The second time I took an elderly friend and they NEVER waited on us so after 20 minutes we left. And they weren't busy! Recently I noticed there have been a few more cars in the parking lot again so I gave it one more try yesterday. Got two orders of their Tempura Prawns, lunch order, to go. It was on their special board. Before leaving I asked for an extra soy sauce and the waitress simply said, in their with forks and napkin. Clearly she wasn't parting with another little packet of soy sauce. When I got to my friends, I discovered there was only 1 little packet of soy sauce for both orders. The biggest issue was the quality of the prawns which had not been cleaned well. They still had the black vein and they were NOT Tempura. They were cooked in some sort of breading and then drizzled with a black sauce. Not flavorful, appealing, nor what I ordered. The brown rice was cooked appropriately. The soup lacked flavor and was a bright yellow. The little egg roll looked greasy so didn't even bother with it. Needless to say it is now totally off my list and I will not return. Disappointing!
