Our mussel appetizer was fantastic. Nice plump mussels with chorizo and a flavorful cream sauce. Our entrees included 1/2 rack of ribs, flank steak, halibut & chips & a warm seafood salad. Everybody expressed delight with their dishes. Service was a little slow, a lot of people came in about the same time. Will come back, better than expected.

We were walking by this place and it didn't look that great from the outside but go inside! It's a great little place. We had a party of six and we all left bragging about it. I had a great crab salad, dessert, wine....all for under $40. I went back the next day, another outstanding experience. If you're staying at... More

Great American food for reasonable prices. They had a meat loaf special for under $10. A wrap grilled on the flat top for less that $10. Very good bread and salads. Would recommend for meal options. Service staff was friendly and attentive.

We walked to Buck's from the local Best Western Cascadia for supper and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The owner stopped by our table twice to chat and the waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Even though it was towards closing time, no one rushed us and we both enjoyed our dinners.

My husband and I were hungry, but not too hungry. We had eaten at Buck's many years ago, so we stopped in during Happy Hour. The Happy Hour entrees and salads made for a wonderfully light dinner. My husband had shrip on sticks on a bed of corn and beans. I had the beef tips on a stick with a... More

I would compare Bucks to something like Woodfire or Anthony's, the food is consistently good, the service is consistently good, but nothing is going to be exceptional. You're paying for good food and a nice atmosphere, but nothing about the restaurant will wow you.

We recently visited Bucks for lunch with 7 family and friends. We all ordered the special salmon lunch they had available. The price was reasonable and the meals were very good. Because there was 7 of us, we were in the back room which was nice and quite and allowed us to eat and talk at our leisure. The waiter... More

Two words. POT ROAST. Ok, to be honest, I get teased for my constant trips to Buck's for the pot roast... friends tell me "it's old man food" WHAT? It's AMAZING, that's what it is. Are you kidding? Pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies and a glass of Tamarac Red. Perfect lunch (Friday's only). The other days of the... More
