The yellow church of cheesy bread is the tastiest organized religion. Go there and imbibe on the gastronomic wonder that is the holy bread of cheese,

Menu looks like it has several interesting options. Went with bison burger cooked to the server's recommendation. Burger was dry and served on a roll that completely feel apart making it a mess. Potato salad was great though. They charged three bucks for a fountain drink and the waitress never came back to offer a refill. I would probably try... More

The waitstaff are so friendly and eager to please. The food was nice and hot. I did wait quite a while for my meal, but it was busy so understandable.

When you arrive at the Yellow Church it is a pleasure to the eyes and nose, both the food and the venue. Sadly the food does not taste nearly as good as it looks. It's smells and looks wonderful but both times I've eaten here I always feel let down by the blandness of the meal. During this visit I... More

We were passing through on the way to Spokane, read the reviews, and decided to stop in. We were not disappointed. Loved the atmosphere. Service was great, and the food was so good. I got the Greek salad which came with hummus and pita wedges. Highly recommend it! All of us loved our food.

Following TA reviewers advice we tried the top two choices on our 2 nites in Ellensburg, wa. We thought Yellow Church was the best of class. Good wine selection, good beer alternatives, very fresh Caesar salad, lamb slightly undercooked but flavorful, best steelhead I have had.. Add in the excellent and attentive service and it was a great experience!

When we travel across WA state, we often make a quick stop along the freeway. Today, we took a Trip Advisor recommendation and trod The Yellow Church Cafe. It was delicious. I had the vegetarian omelet which had great veggies in it. My husband had two eggs which were cooked just as ordered. We both loved the side potatoes which... More

We ate dinner at The Yellow Church Cafe. The wait staff was friendly and offered suggestions. We started with an order of their Spicy Prawns. The sauce was amazing! My husband had the Bison Burger and I had Steak Beef Burger. Both were cooked perfectly and the ingredients were very fresh. We will definitely stop by the next time we... More

Busy place on a Sunday lunch but worth the wait. The little church is quaint but a little hard for the staff to move around.
