Make sure the food is hot and not cold chicken teriyaki I ordered I sent back and it took over 1 hour to get another order and they burnt the chicken who knows what else they did to my dinner was not very good but...I paid for it and left a tip so be careful I told the waitress but she just looked at me like I made the dinner cold ☹️More

My hubby and I shared the Hoffschneitzel. It was just average. The meat was not pounded thin enough, the breading did not have very much zing and the sauces were flat. The hot cabbage coleslaw was very good though! We also had the knutsackz. That...was very nummy! So a mixed review on both. I don't think we will go back again.More

Meet friends here now and then for dinner and a couple of drinks. Nice friendly atmosphere and a wide variety of beers and ciders. Great cocktails too. I think the food here is much better than the German food I’ve had in Leavenworth. Highly recommended!

A great beer and cider selection!!! If you can't find it here, it doesn't exist. Friendly service. Really good food- and a lot of it - for a great price. One of my favorite places in Eburg.

We stopped in Ellensburg for the night, and decided to walk to the Ellensburg Brewhaus from the Best Western hotel, about a half mile or so, after sitting driving most of the day. What a great choice! It was a surprise that they had German...food, and it was all very delicious. Pleasant wait staff, great beer; what more could you want? Ok I brought home a bottle of their blueberry cider and am enjoying some as I write. Recommend. We will stop there again.More

This is a great place! Feels like you are right at home right off the bat. Paul makes you feel like you have been there before and the beers and food are awesome. Have had the Brat Trio, East Coast Rueben, preztel and more. All...were excellent. Dont miss this fun place. Great atmosphere, food and DRINKS!More

Spacious brewery with friendly folks and German menu that looked like a local favorite, from the greetings we noticed as people arrived. We were treated to good service and helpful recommendations regarding the beers and cider selections.

The German menu is great but you can find American favorites as well. Many beers on tap to select from. We love the Pretzel appetizer, fresh and soft and bad for you, Perfect.

Dark wood in the interior and big casks lend a pub feel to this place. We went there to enjoy some Schnitzel. The coating was good and crispy and plenty of spaetzle to go with. It was the special and had 2 sauces, a white...and brown one. I highly reccomend the brown mushroom sauce full of rich flavor. I loved the red cabbage side tangy with just a touch of sweet. They have many flavors of hard cider to enjoy but I opted for the rootbeer on tap! My son thought the hamburger on a pretzel bun was the best. He also loved to enjoy the 6 kinds of mustard served on the table with his fries.More

My family and I were in town for Freshman Orientation and wanted to get dinner at a great restaurant. Just by chance google put this in the top feed. Once I saw it was a cidery I was totally sold. I had The Colonel Klink...Burger, which is fantastic! My son had their roast chicken, which he devoured with gusto. My husband had their Bratwurst special, which he said was very good. Their Cherry Bordeaux Cider went amazingly well with the burger. Rachel, our waitress, was friendly and very attentive. I will definitely be back to try more of their amazing German fare and cider!More

Decided to stop by after a day out and about. Great surprise; German food! I am sucker for jagerschnitzle and spatzle. The food was excellent. As they didn’t have any self brewed beer opted for the Hefeweizen and the wife had some of their cherry...apple cider which also was also excellent. The service was wonderful. All in all. A place I will gladly return to.More

Fun spot! Great service! Terrific food. We tasted beer and cider, both were really nice. We shared the pretzel charcuterie, and the pork shanks. The red cabbage was perfect, just like Germany!

They don't have their own brewed beers yet but the selection is great. The Hungarian Goulash was delicious.....and they have Das Boot. That's a lot of beer.

Thanks Mike! Good news we have started brewing test beers and have our four ciders on tap as well.

People friendly. Food worthy of the gods. Tap selection exceptional. I am a fan. If you pass through Ellensburg this is a must. Get the sliders or the pretzel. Or go big. In any case you should be well pleased.
