As we continue to grow with our business, people frequently ask this question. The answer is actually two-fold: yes & no! Our combined 50 + years of working in the restaurant industry gave us a solid understanding of the physical and emotional stamina needed for success in the restaurant business. We knew that a commitment to weekends, nights, and long hours was essential if we were to serve our staff & customers with the level of leadership necessary to achieve authentic hospitality. Stopped by for just a glass of wine and to share a pasta. Ate on their patio. Nice helpful young server. We shared an order of pasta with Mizithra cheese and brown butter. It was delicious, with tiny bites of grilled chicken. Wished we’d taken...More

Gluten free (celiac) and vegan family truly enjoyed the experience. Best pasta and have to say felt pampered by the staff. Seated in 5 minutes, water and drinks 5 more minutes, ordered and had meal in another 15 minutes. I would have waited much longer...More

I love angel hair spaghetti with Parmasean and Myzithra so ordered the dish. It was okay-certainly no better than I make at home. (On the other hand, I'm a pretty good cook and it's a pretty simple meal.) To be fair, I need to go...More

Had a business dinner here, easy to get a private room. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. One of the better options in town.

Good solid pasta place. Its looks to be a converted gas station but don't let that keep you away. They have a wide range of classic dishes with a few local flavors. We will return. Koop
