This is the restaurant to go,to,for a special dining experience. The restaurant itself is lovely with a view of the bay. Our meal was delicious and the presentation flawless. A must when on Orcas Island. Reservations a must.

We were here for two days, and only had one wonderful dinner there, but it was amazing. Locally sourced food ( and drinks) that were to die for. Advanced reservations recommended. Room was cozy with walk out to beautiful grounds with lovely views of Ship...More

The food was wonderful and the service was very good. My biggest compliant is that they do not take American Express and said not many places on Orcas Island did. As it turns out that was not true as we were there three days and...More

Although the dining at the Inn was a little difficult to find, the food was delicious and the views of the garden and bay was gorgeous. The goat cheese cheesecake with prune sauce was amazing.

We’ve been to on San Juan Island and Orcas for the last 5 days and this meal will be the one I remember. The sourdough bread and smoked onion butter was some of the best bread I’ve had. I had a very refreshing lemon Verbena...More

The last few years we tried this, we spent so much for less than stunning food. This time, the price was still high, but the quality made it almost worth the cost. The chef was definitely better this night than our former two visits. We...More

A genuine farm-to-table restaurant in a bucolic setting. The food & cocktails are delicious, the service is friendly, and the view is incredible. We discovered this place when Hogstone's was closed, and then we never wanted to eat anywhere else for dinner.

I guessing your asking about the Lamb, was it roasted or sautéed. Frankly I dont know. I'm guessing roasted. It was delicious and the best meal I've ever eaten
