First of all, the inn itself is beautiful and right on a little cove, so we enjoyed a cocktail before dinner. The food is local and very special. If you enjoyed New Leaf Cafe, you’d love this place. Reservations are hard to get for good...reasons!More

We saved this restaurant for our last dinner on the island. This was absolutely wonderful! Great setting and fabulous food. Loved the fresh ingredients. My only regret was not ordering two desserts!

Meal was the best I've ever had. We did the six course option. Wine selection is wonderful. Service was perfection, really nice folks and they have the timing down. Would definitely visit again.

This is a wonderful location for dinner. Great wine list, very helpful wait staff and the food was excellent. This restaurant is on the water, but we dined late in the season and it was already dark outside.

This is our restaurant for an outstanding meal on Orcas Island. The chef does an excellent job with local ingredients and the presentation is outstanding. Hilary was super as a server and the meal was a relaxing walk of flavors and wonderful smells. Lamb and...local veggies are the stars here. Try the seafood as it is also local. The place to eat when you need a foodie experience. Sit back and enjoy. A European style event with a meal.More

The chef here takes eating local seriously. Most things are grown on the premises, and you can tell. The salad was incredibly fresh and tender. Gnocchi with fresh vegetables was one of the lightest, most refreshing gnocchi dishes I have ever eaten. The salmon was...prepared perfectly.More

Solid fine dining choice, good service and food. Also a great place to view a sunset. Pears in the salads and dessert are grown on the premises.

I'll start by saying the food was excellent and it likely is the best chef on the island. Despite my rating, I'd go back if the menu was changed in the week I was here. But I asked when leaving if the menu would change...and the hostess said only slightly as it is set each week. The reason for the not perfect rating is because we arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and were seated right on time. But it was 30 full minutes before our drink arrived. 30 minutes. Service improved after that but seriously folks. That kind of start is hard for a vacationer to recover from. We felt neglected and abused. No good food makes up for that. A side note, I had the pear cake for dessert which was excellent. It was also the thinnest slice of cake I have ever seen in my entire life.More

The best food on Orcas Island. Near Eastsound. They also have accomodations. The property is on the water.

Everything was excellent- appetizer (heirloom tomatoes, gazpacho), main course (salmon, waging beef), dessert (chocolate mint brûlée). Even the drinks were great. 5 stars!

I would suggest going to their web site and obtaining the e-mail address there to query their holiday hours. Sorry I am not allowed to post the address for you.

I guessing your asking about the Lamb, was it roasted or sautéed. Frankly I dont know. I'm guessing roasted. It was delicious and the best meal I've ever eaten
