Older couple....looking for a great burger experience...this is the place! BUT; Saturday night at 5PM is not a good time for family with kids, couples wanting to talk and enjoy food, busy busy busy and over crowded....So noisy could not hear each other across table...in a booth...had to almost yell because of raucous laughter as many voices competed with western music that was cranked up....yes, all were behaving, but people had almost every table filled...all booths were occupied....bar was full...many outside in BBQ heated tent area also. Food was great...price was great... advise: Find a quieter time to have a talk and enjoy the very good food here. Big covid risk in these conditions. I rate this experience as poor because of the atmosphere and Covid risk...Beer, overcrowding, loud music and louder laughter and shouting improper spacing without masking.More

we went to one of my favorite outdoor seating dive bars on the first week of reopening in washington i have always gladly paid the prices [bad service great food etc ] and have always tipped at least 20 percent cause i am coming back...next week! when i am now charged 5.75 for a pounder that is now in a 12 ounce plastic cup nah not good when i get 20 packages of ketchup for my 15 dollar hamburger with a 1.50 dollar up charge for tater tots that is a third of the size smaller than it was before the world went crazy nah very sad. restaurateurs if you want me [us] to come back next week as usual after you have cut the sizes of every thing then cut the prices back also . i can not now or will not come back . when you hear about people going 8 to 10 weeks not working and not getting their unemployment that was us this was our first place we wanted to go to. it was not a lightly made decision . i understand all the changes are for whats going on but really 17 for a 5oz burger and 1 cup tater tots and 5.75 for a 12 ounce beer? needs to be rethoughtMore

I met my daughter and grandchildren at the Conway Pub & Eatery for lunch. I love to stop in during my weekend motorcycle rides. I ate a bacon cheeseburger and my daughter ate the fried oysters. It was a lovely sunny afternoon so we were...able to eat in the back patio garden, outside. We have also eaten inside the restaurant several times. I love this place.More

I stayed away from this place of a long time due to non-existent service, but my sister suggested it as a meeting place recently, and since it was early afternoon rather than early evening, when I had the lackluster experience, I went. Inside, it's still...the same, dark place as before. We sat outside. Hint: Even if the sun is out, don't sit under the area at the north end with a roof, for the flies have that well staked out. Sit under an umbrella instead...and, oh, bring your sunglasses and perhaps sunscreen, for it can get toasty. The food...well, it arrived this time! It arrived timely, was plentiful, and had good taste. The oysters were above average, though not as juicy as I've rarely been lucky enough to have from time to time at another establishment that was nearby but got out of the business. If you don't like oysters, however, don't despair: there is a variety of other food to choose from!More

I stopped by the Conway Pub yesterday by myself for some pan-fried oysters (my wife doesn't like oysters). The oysters were the best I've had anywhere, and that includes Anthony's. As I was by myself I just kept my head down and listened to what...was going on around me in the very busy pub. I was soon struck by the way the two servers on duty were handling their customers. The tone and the attention to all they were serving was a definate cut above the norm. I was astounded by obvious care that came through. This is not normal in eating establishments today. It was pleasant to hear them work and made me feel great that level of service still existed.More

A bar that welcomes bikers has great pan fried oysters and French fries. Good beer on tap. Good service. Very popular place that we frequent on our trips to Skagit Valley.

Our group all had the pan friend oysters. they come by the dozen. If you can't eat them all at once, take the rest home - they'll be fabulous the next day! The service was really excellent and fast (no it's not a "fast food"...place). Their special that day was burgers, but we can have burgers some other place. Fun environment; outside eating was not an option in November. Parking is available close by.More

Best burger , amazing oysters , if you are a pub food junkie not many will beat this place from Canada to Mexico , Exit 221 I-5 just past Mt Vernon south , there are no signs. Outside patio was rustic but the charm was...high, staff was greatMore

This was a surprising find. I have driven past Conway and only stopped for gas many times. After too much time in the nearby antique shops, we sat down for a quick meal here. My oyster caesar salad was fantastic! When I go back again...I will order the same thing. I don't care what else is on the menu. The oysters are deep fried with no batter or seasoning, so you actually taste them. Good beer, casual service, and a sunny yard completed the scene.More

I had pan fried oysters. I was disapointed the BBQ was shut down. No one had updated their Specials whiteboard. Oh well. They were yummy. I also had a Wedge Salad. My husband ordered the Chicken Cord de Blue Burger. He loved every bite.

I don't know the days. But these would be some of the freshest O s you can find delivered ocean fresh in season. The gluten free would be obvious choices like salads. This is more of a great find in pub atmosphere!
