As a midpoint between Boise and Post Falls, my husband and I would stop in Clarkston to play cards, drink beer and champagne (or wine if no champagne available) and enjoy a fun evening with the dealers and other players on our way to help...a relative. We never counted on “winning”...because we only counted on the fun friendly atmosphere, inexpensive drinks and a bit of dinner. We enjoyed being served food at the gaming table...we made such a mess one night (nachos) that we felt the need to vacuum up after ourselves. Everyone thought it was hilarious. Can’t wait until Lancer Lanes will be open again. Even though the reason for our trip to Post Falls no longer exists, we’d drive to Lancer Lanes for a fun afternoon/evening. There is a nice motel directly across the street...so no problem driving at the end of the night. Hope Jim, Heather and the rest of the crew are safe! Hope to see you soon.More

Who woulda thought- combine a bowling alley with a casino, a small seasonal pitch and putt, add a bar and kitchen and locate on the main street of a nondescript town- and get a homey, welcoming go-to place for any number of locals looking for...a drink and some camaraderie. I was staying at the Best Western across the street and wandered in. No heads turned, even though I was clearly in alien territory. I ordered my beef rib soup (which was delicious), along with the requisite iceberg lettuce salad all for $8.97, and simply watched the local colour- beards, faded mackinaw type jackets, seriously dated short skirts, beer pulling, while a few people gambled in the adjacent room. There is a far more upscale casino down the road, but each appears to attract its own clientele. People came and went; all seemed to know each other, and the waiter was all smiles, knowing pretty much exactly what the orders would be. Lewiston is the adjacent mill town, hard to know what keeps the WA. side propped up economically. But there obviously is at least a bit of spare change and while not at all deluxe, people are obviously comfortable spending time and money here. The decor is a parody of cheap 1950's chic- reddish velvet fabrics, discordant carpets, booths and bar stools, an assortment of whiskeys and bourbons along with the canned and bottled beers. Somehow it was all kinda fun for me, but I soon hustled off to bed.More

It's a bowling alley/casino. The bartenders can pour a beer, or make a simple drink. Don't ask for much more. The food is greasy, and basic. If you are hungry, and don't care what you eat, that's what you will get.

Went bowling after several fun-filled days in the sun. It was a nice change. You pay for shoes and per game. The bowling alley was older and didn't show our bowling speed or funny characters on the screen as you bowled. There were no 9...pound balls, and the 8 pound balls all had very small finger holes, which were a bit tight for our daughter. There is a bar and casino inside, but bowling alley and games are on right side away from them, so okay for families to go. Friendly staff, and balls were organized by weight, so that was helpful in not having to search all over for the right sized ball.More

Nothing to dislike about this place. Very small casino, two nice bars and a bowling alley. an oasis on a hot afternoon in Clarkston, Wa.

Well, first of all, all the casino restaurants around here usually have pretty good food, for the money, so the gamblers can keep gambling. Here the prices are a bit high. I went in through the casino (rather than the bowling alley) and made my...way to the restaurant past a couple of poker tables, about 5 blackjack tables and 1 Texas Holdum table. Serious, almost grim crowd, and the place was teeming. The eating area looked fine but there was a huge birthday celebration going on in one of the party rooms which was ok except that made for a shortage of wait people. Another thing was it was cold so the dinner partons kept their coats on. Yet another thing was the kind of loud Karaoke thing going on in another room. Oh No! But some singers were so bad it was funny - really. It gave the place a casual and fun atmosphere. First problem:.......[2 paragraphs of complaining about the service deleted by author.] Positives: the food was good and the beer cheap. Bottom line: if you want restaurant service eat at a restaurant.More
