Best barbeque in the northwest. The area is beautiful, add lunch or dinner and it makes a perfect day!

Stopped by in a hurry for takeout, and was surprised by the great find. The pulled pork BBQ sandwiches were every bit as good as the ones we had on our trip to the south last year and stopped by the top rated BBQ joint in Arkansas. Who would have known! The buns were very fresh and tasty, and the... More

Great food, great people-what more do you need? I stumbled upon this place a year ago.....amazed at how well it compares to back in the South! The sides here are also so so good. Not a huge menu but enough of really great food - I introduced some friends to it one evening and three nights later they and additional... More

This is great barbeque. It is rare to find real barbeque in the PNW. The pulled pork and brisket were delicious. All of the sides we tried were excellent. The coleslaw and lemonade were the best that I've ever had. Having sampled barbeque throughout The South, Texas, and Kansas City, this may not be the best that I've ever had,... More

Best bar-bq west of the Rockies in my opinion, brisket sandwich is worth 100 mile drive. Great location just off highway 2 in cashmere. Great rustic seating inside or outside. Outside seating is in the shade of large trees.

I've enjoyed BBQ all over the country, and I still come back to Country Boys for the best tasting food I've found.

Excellent brisket. Ribbon fries are unique and huge orders. Pulled pork was also good. Corn bread was excellent.

We lived for many years in Texas and are kind of picky about our barbecue. Country Boy's did not disappoint. At first, we wondered because when we ordered, we said we wanted the sliced brisket plate. The cashier told us that it was not sliced, but was cut up already. We decided to order anyway and were we glad we... More

We were camping at Wenatchee Confluence State Park and after searching for a place to eat found Country Boy's BBQ in nearby Cashmere. Trip Advisor again did not let us down. We decided on the pulled pork lunch plate, that came with two sides. At the recommendation of the server we decided on one basket of the homemade potato chips,... More

We were driving back to Canada from Seattle and stopped for lunch. BBQ was solid. What they call Ribbon Fries were basically homemade potato chips which were delicious. Often these restaurants stumble on side dishes but we were impressed, especially with the corn bread.
