The Old Edison Tavern is busy - all the time. It serves up very good pub grub in an old-school rustic wooden walled tavern complete with two full size shuffle boards, a large outdoor eating area, and live music on weekends. Their Boston clam chowder was full of fresh veggies, clams, and bacon in a perfectly thickened base - delicious!... More

This last weekend I visited the Old Edison three times and each was a treat! You know the place is GOOD when twice in one weekend it's packed with happy smiling people! It also has a nice backyard, so I was able to get out side and enjoy my meal and some good conversation!! Even when it's quiet it's a... More

For the past couple of years, my husband and I have been traveling nearly 65 miles each way to dance, meet friends, and have a delicious dinner on Sunday nights. The bands are fun (the Edison is famous for their fried oysters), and we were surprised at how friendly and welcoming the wait staff and the customers are. We particularly... More

Stopped by for dinner after a day of early season hiking. We both ordered oyster burgers which were juicy and oh so delicious. Fries were just right, crispy and not too many. Place was packed with more coming in for the evening's music. Lots of beers on tap, friendly atmosphere, decent prices.

The Old Edison is a friendly, local place with a warm atmosphere. The fried oysters are worth a special trip for us (from Bellingham). The oysters are fresh and local and they're done in aa delicate batter and served with a particularly good cole slaw (not too sweet). The burgers also look good. There's a great beer selection (Blue Moon... More

I have been to the Old Edison Inn a number of times. The food is good and the music is always good also. I was most recently there on a "Taco Tuesday" and had the vegetarian burrito. It was excellent. The Old Edison Inn is a winner!

My wife and I were out Eagle watching along the Skagit River Valley and passed through the town of Edison. We saw the Old Edison Cafe, saw the parking lot and restaurant were busy so stopped in. Excellent reviews for the fish/chips and Cole slaw. Good and friendly service. Worth the stop.

What a great old fashioned bar/pub. The food was great and the menu had some great options including really good oysters. It was a great evening including shuffleboard on an old fashioned table. A really cool place with a great vibe. Definitely worth a visit for a fun night out with good food, good beer selection and a fun and... More

Good fried oysters & clam strips. Chili burger special of the night not great! Friendly service, fun old-time tavern atmosphere, good micro-brews, wine by the glass.
