Oh my word. We've eaten here before but weren't able to for awhile because of Covid (and they had moved to a different location) but we went here yesterday and it was just as superb as ever. The food is so fantastic we ordered extra...so we'd have leftovers for tonight. I can't say enough about their baby back ribs, the sauce, the mac and cheese, the beans, the beef stroganoff (which was SO good) and the corn muffins. Yes we bought all that and yes we ate it all (4 meals between the 2 of us). And YES I want to go back again and again. Service was great too!. We got there when it first opened at 3:00 and I'm already craving some more of it.More

This place is amazing! Recently moved to here from the Hampton Roads area in Virginia and this place is def on par with the best BBQ places back home. We picked up pulled pork, brisket, and corn bread and everything was delicious. Highly recommend the...Burnin' B sauce if you like spicy. We will absolutely be back!More

The food is great, the owner is an ex Marine and the place is hidden in the Safeway parking lot on 522 near the gas station. For anyone in the area this is a must go for bbq. I was stationed in Norfolk, Va and...he's great! As a retired Sailor, I also want to support fellow veteran owned businesses. So come on all you vets! During this Corona Virus shut in, support a fellow vet who serves great food in takeout!More

The restaurant was...clean, restrooms spotless and the owner came over and asked us how things were..More

The local's spot for BBQ. It is always good. Uses bread rolls from a small local bakery in Bothell. I am very, very fond of Dave's smoked macaroni and cheese.

Forced to close and move because of developers, the shop has been relocated on the same road (Everett - Bothell Highway - WA route 527) but about 1-2 miles South in a Safeway shopping center. An excellent place to eat BBQ. Dave is "The Man".

I used to visit Carolina Smoke about once per month. We moved away and have not been back for awhile. I forgot what I was missing -- some of the BEST brisket I have ever eaten (and I eat alot of BBQ brisket whenever available)....Well seasoned and juicy -- add to that an excellent selection of sides and Carolina Smoke is a nust visit eatery in the Bothell area. Only issue is that the restaurant has to move in the next few months due to the sale of the land where it is located. Get there while you can!More

Well, it's not Texas BBQ but it is decent for the Northwest. Hubby ordered the pork BBQ, but said it was dry. The bun was huge, and I chose not to eat it. I ordered the beef brisket, and it was good. Had a decent...smoke ring on it, and was very moist. Can't say much for the sauces - heavy on the vinegar flavor which is not my favorite.More
