Had dinner in the main dining area, (they also have a light meal pub). I had the Alaska King salmon. It was delicious! My friends ordered the same and everyone raved about the firmness and taste of the fish. Great service, cool old building near downtown Bothell, we will stop in again!

This my favorite go-to place! We usually end up there at least once a week. Everything we've tried is delicious; my favorite being the fish and chips. The chips are hand fried and come with a yummy ranch dipping sauce. The fish has a light, crispy, herbed breading that is the best I've ever had. The gorgonzola burgers land mushroom... More

I love just about everything about the Preservation Kitchen. It's sited in a lovely old Craftsman-style house next to the Yakima Fruit Stand, and serves a very reasonably priced selection of tasty foods. Try the wild boar pappardelle! The service is friendly without being overly familiar (no one sits down at your table to take your order, a behavior I... More

We have stopped here several times for lunch on our way down from Vancouver, BC on our way to SeaTac. My husband likes the local IPAs and I usually try a regional wine that we just don't get where we live (Dubai). Everything we've eaten there has been great and plentiful in portion. It's kind of in the middle of... More

Had a group out for dinner. We had the whole front of the restaurant. Rave reviews from the group on the idyllic setting. The room set up and the house with the porch set up great ambiance. People were sitting out on the porch on the rocking chair with a glass of wine. The food was excellent and the service was... More

Casual, relaxed dining out on the courtyard area. The place was busy, even on a Wednesday night, with a good bar scene happening. It was difficult at times trying to catch over server's attention; they may have been short-handed that night. I tried a local fruit cider, and it was excellent. The side of cole slaw was great - fresh... More

This is a great restaurant for local cuisine, that somewhat limits options, but everything is fresh.

Was brought here by friends who live in the area for dinner on a Friday night. Had no problem showing up without a reservation. The good: Our main (duck with corn grits) was perhaps the best meal we had on our 12-day trip. Every part of that dish was so good that I wanted a full second helping - and... More

Been here a couple of times for food/drinks to the bar area. The cocktails are consistently good in my experience. Server this time explained difference between their Lemon Drop Martini and their lemon martini - decided on former since had some sweetness with just right amount of tart. Desserts usually very good too. Worth checking out, especially in summer since... More

PK has a well balanced and fairly priced luncheon menu with entrees of a good size. The steamed muscles in a garlic cream sauce were delicious and my companions were equally pleased with the seafood stew and crispy chicken salad. Toast grilled over an open flame was a nice addition. We finished with a Pot au Creme of chocolate "mousse"... More
