You have to try the Moliere! It is espresso and choclate like you have never had before. The smoked salmon benny melts in your mouth. I hate to do this but I feel I have to mention there cobwebs in the corners and the railing behind our table needed a good wipe down.

Very unique eggs benedict, in that they are served on a waffle instead of a muffin. Vegetarian, traditional, smoked salmon or crab with generous amounts of homemade hollandaise sauce. Served with roasted potatoes. Yum! My partner had the crepe special for the day, she loved it. Very popular, be prepared to wait for a table.

Unfortunately they were undergoing a remodel when we were there, but the staff was very friendly and the pastries were good. Hope to make it back for one of their 'real" breakfasts.

Come hungry! This place serves up the best brunch in the county. Eggs Benedict on a waffle might sound a little odd to some people but you will be convinced after one taste. Organic eggs with smoked ham and a bed of roasted red skinned potatoes. Great coffee and the staff are a friendly bunch.

Excellent food! Worth the wait!! Love their breakfast!!!! Both indoor and outdoor seating. Local fresh produce, ingredients, etc. They have their own twist on Belgium waffles that is a must try.

Very good breakfast. Get there early to avoid the crowds. The food was great--even the scrambled eggs were very well done. Good service from a friendly staff. We're going back.

We arrived about 10:30am on a Sat. Had to wait 20 minutes to get in, but they took our cell number and we went back to the car to read rather than stand in the crowded entry. Well worth the wait. We had the special biscuits and sausage gravy and mushroom Benedict. Biscuits were fresh, then cut and toasted to... More

Crab. Eggs. Benedict. Yummy. Be prepared for a short wait. The tables are limited, but worth the wait. If you're lucky enough to be visiting Bellingham in July show up at 6am to enjoy a cuppa joe with like minded cycling enthusiasts.

This restaurant was recommended by some local friends. We were not disappointed! We had to wait a bit on Labor Day Monday, but everyone at the Cafe was very accommodating and pleasant. Especially when we were so hungry we were disappointed to hear there would be a 20 minute wait. But the hostess was so encouraging that the wait would... More

We ate breakfast here on both days we were in Bellingham. Nice little street cafe with good food. Staff were very nice interesting got talking to one of the guys who was interested in football (soccer). He was an Arsenal support but wont hold that against him. He was very informative and gave us some places of interest to visit.... More
