We went for lunch with long time friends. We also had various dishes and all were good. Service was good considering all the people being served.

Atmosphere is an A+. My wife and I were up in the area for a job interview and decided to get breakfast here before heading out of town. We sat outside to get a view of the water, which I recommend if its not to cold and the weather permits. The service was great we had two attentive waiters that... More
Our meals here have never disappointed. Breakfast omelettes, French toast, and what was an all time favorite, lemon ricotta pancakes (no longer available - hint, hint) are fabulous . A variety of lunch options and fish tacos at happy hour are always great. A very popular brunch on weekends, be prepared to wait! Prices are very reasonable for an excellent... More
Keenan's at happy Hour is an absolute must when visiting Bellingham/Fairhaven. As others have testified, the food is great and all the hotel staff were great to us, Stephanie, Emily T, Nancy and especially Janine. We enjoy meeting folks when we travel and chose to sit on the couches outside one evening and at a long table set for 4... More
Stopped in for lunch and was not dosappointed. One salmon platter, one fish and chips and a Buffelo rubin sandwich. All tasty. Attentive server, but not overly so server which suites us-I really dislike the "how was your first bite" brigade. We would happily return.
We cannot speak for the accommodation, because our visit centred on the spa which was enjoyable but with a cramped changing area. This was followed by a meal in the restaurant with its fabulous view. The menu, by contrast, was pedestrian and sadly lacking in fish. We were informed by our server that the catch of the day was chicken!!... More
Quinoa and yam patties! That's really all that's necessary to say about Keenan's, but I'll give more details: the service is superb (our server was the excellent Nancy, but I noticed that whenever we passed a server on the way to our table or back we got a friendly smile); our table was outside, lovely view of the islands; the... We were staying at The Chrysalis Inn and Spa so this was the logical place to eat dinner. Food was very good; I had the crab and prawn Louie and my husband had the tenderloin of beef. Service was good too, and the setting was magnificent! Would love to go back again someday.
Good seafood chowder, fish and chips, truffle fries, good salads. Located south of Broadway park on the water. Limited parking, but can park underground. Spaces tight. Service was great, not rushed. Would go back again.
Keenan's at the Pier is a beautiful restaurant on the coast, near the old train-pier. It was too cold to sit outside, but nevertheless the view was very nice. The waitress was excellent, personal approach and food information. The dinner great, fresh, tasteful and with a good balance. Good variety in wines.
