Although I am an omnivore, I love the Rancho Burrito at Casa. It has crunchy, seasoned potatoes with veggies and no meat. The dining area is a little rough hewn, but the food portions are generous and the food is much better than the chain Mexican food available nearby. The fresh salsas are spicy and a zesty addition to every... More

An interesting menu of burritos. The regular size were giant. I had one with fried potatoes, beans, and chees. My companion a black bean burrito. They were really good but too big to finish.

Late night dining is hard to find in Bellingham. Casa Que Pasa is where I instantly head if it is past 10PM and I want some tasty food (they're open until 11PM; sometimes later). Great huge burritos at reasonable prices, and an assortment for both meat eaters and vegetarians. For lack of a better description, this is hearty Mexican comfort... More

Family visit for the markets etc. We had a variety of dishes, inventively designed, well prepared, served with pride. Wait staff were very friendly and knew their dishes, including allergen info. The room is big, bright, decorated in an eclectic style that's fun to wandder around. We had a great time. We'll be back next time we visit.

Looking at the other reviews (after the fact), I think I should have tried the potato burrito now...I will have to go back. I had the "Carne Asada" plate from the Fresh Of The Grill portion of the menu. The burrito was pretty good, but not the best I've had. Rice was excellent, however the beans were a bit dry.... More

As pretty much everyone else does, I love the potato burrito. The potatoes are nice and crispy but still tender in the middle and the sauce is great. Their salsas are also delicious. Good, simple and very filling food for when you don't want to go the traditional burrito route.

When it comes to potato burritos there's always that worry about the potatoes not being cooked properly, being too mushy or too hard in the center. These potatoes are cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The burrito itself if super satisfying, you will probably be completely full for the rest of the day after... The potato burrito. Must order the potato burrito. Be warned- it's the size of your head!! Can totally split between two people. First time I came in here about a year ago, there was a five-foot greasy cobweb hanging over the cash register... TERRIBLE first impression!! But I went back a few months later and it was gone.. so I... More

This place is just as delicious as I remember it being when I attended university! If you don't get the potato burrito, you gotta try the patio bowl :)
