We would visit this place weekly for their delicious Indian buffet. They had it every day for lunch and dinner. One day we walked in and it looked like a fast food restaurant instead. They got rid of the buffet and turned it into some...kind of Chipotle nonsense. The large selection of options was the best part about going so, defeated, we turned around, walked out, and haven’t been back since. Such a shame.More

So the first time we came here we would ask for a box and choose from a buffet of different varieties of food which everyone could tell what was what and we got to do that fast and efficiently. But now they wanted an “improve...it” well we visited the restaurant to quickly get some food we noticed no buffet we were really disappointed. My daughter lives to pick out each food the way she liked it and she wouldn’t need to memorize the names instead she just took a quick look and knew what she wanted she was always known what I would want before I said it. Now we had to go to the cashier and look at the menu not knowing what each thing was exactly. So overall me and my daughter just wanted to say was that we loved the food and way of serving but was not amused by the new version.More

I arrived a bit late so it wasn’t crowded but the restaurant was a mess. There was a ton of food on the floor that I think was created by toddlers. The place smells great, you can smell it a block away. I love Indian...food but this buffet missed in many ways. The lamb was loaded with veins, the chicken tough. The butter chicken sauce was good if you picked out the chicken, but who wants to spend $13 on rice and butter chicken sauce. I spent a lot of time cutting the lamb away from the veins. I don’t know if it was the food, but could have been. I was sick afterwards. I will not return.More

Not a whole lot of Indian restaurants have buffets in the evening that they did. It was very satisfactory and had many other dishes. As many of the dishes were not familiar to me I could not be the greatest judge of the quality. But...what we did have was very good. A casual dining place and I would not consider this a romantic Indian restaurant. A good place to get a quick Indian meal.More

Pros : 1) Buffet for lunch and Dinner ( I didnt hear any otherindian restaurents serving dinner buffer around this area) 2) Lots of south indian food varities to choose from 3) Cheap 4) We can order Dosa at an extra cost ( as on...today it cost 99 cents) 5) Worth going on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Cons: 1) Restaurant should try out introducing new starters than chicken kebab (as i dont see any one ever tried it.. May be i am wrong) but it is a let down everytime u see kebab lying there and only chicken tikka will get over. 2) Can change the sweets and introduce some fruit salad.More

The good thing about the restaurant is that hey give buffet for dinner too. Though the taste is not as authentic as one can get in India but this is best I could get in Bellevue. The buffet consists of some south Indian options n...subji roti. You get Salad vegetables, idli, rasam ,sambhar ,bhajji. They also give dosa, if you want but that is charged separately. 3 subjis and daal n rice . The vegetable curry is good in taste, though I think veg biryani could have been better. Also you can have hot tea. In deserts, they give two options. I don't think they have much options here, I went there twice both time it has some sweet dishes. They also have non veg items(tikka n biryani). If you visit you can easily find lot of non Indians eating there, would show the popularity of its food. If you go to Bellevue, this is very good place to have good at least once.More

Service is good. But please do not try their tangri chicken. This cheap raw and no flavor dish is the replacement of seekh Kabab and the better way of adding more profit to the business. This tangri chicken dish is made out of very cheap...drum sticks prepared by very inexperienced chef not even properly cocked. Red blood cac easily be found. And forget about goat biryani. Rice are flavorful but the Australian goat meat they use has such a strong smell that washes the brain in first bite and a person is done eating after first bite. Food is not even warm. The food was good in the beginning but know it is good only for international community (except Indian and Pakistani) because first of all international community does not have an idea of taste and flavor of indian food and secondly most of the international community don't eat fully cooked meat. And the chef does the marination he focuses international community and leave behind others because most of the business they get of the international community. Bottom line is that Oh India restaurant should work hard to improve the taste of the food.More
