Stand in, go early, go late. Whenever you go there is likely to be a wait. THE WAIT IS WORTH YOUR TIME. Check out the busiest hours on google and don't go then, if you have time constraints. We dined here twice while being in Bellevue for 4 days. Just go there and eat!

Michelin star Taiwanese-based restaurant?! All I can say is that the juicy pork dumpling is amazing. Even though the restaurant does not take reservation, this place is always crowded. There are so many tasty items including cucumber salad, juicy pork dumplings, shredded pork fried rice, and garlic sting beans. My favorite restaurant in Seattle!!!

Din Tai Fung is one of my favorites places in Bellevue. It's a mandatory stop every time I'm in town. They are the best. Most of the times I go I'm by myself and I order the pork and shrimp dumpling because they are simply marvelous. Usually I combine it with a local mack and jack IPA. Perfect match to... More

Din Tai Fung has the best dumplings I've ever had. All of their dishes are great. The service is top notch and its location, in Lincoln Square, has ample parking. You might have to wait for a seat; but, overall, eating at Din Tai Fung is a great experience.

Love the food and happy that they have vegetarian options!!! The place is so good that there is usually about an hour of wait time even on weekdays... But the fun part is, you can watch them make dumplings (there is a big glass window) while you wait :) Some people come there just to see that! Pleasant service too!

Once again, the line was long, the place was packed, the menu wasn't cheap...and I loved it. Consistently delicious and filling, the fresh, hot dumplings are the best in the biz. Go early. Go often.

Yes, the wait is long. The quickest we've ever been seated was 45 minutes. But is it ever worth it! The xiao long bao are fresh, soupy, delicious. Soups delightful, particularly in grey, cool Seattle area weather. Great selection of greens. Our kids, under ten, love it and beg us to go back. We will!

Din Tai Fung is a family favorite; you'll see multi-generations lined up during the weekend to enjoy savory "soup buns" and other delectable treats. Avoid weekday lunch hour as it's always a madhouse! No matter when you go, bring an appetite. Every item I've tried is delicious. Service is fast and efficient; it gets noisy with lots of families enjoying... More

Simply delicious. Line moves quickly due to the size of the restaurant. Shrimp wontons in spicy sauce. Next time would try the fried rice because you will see A LOT of it being served to other tables and I wonder what I missed.
