We stopped at the Blackbird Bakery when we got off the ferry from Seattle. It was a nice place to get a cup of coffee and pastries. There is a nice outside area to have your coffee if the weather is nice. While the line was a bit long when we got there, it moved very quickly... The service was... More

Fresh berry pies, breakfast pastries, homemade granola, and delicious coffee in a happy atmosphere. We come back every time we are on the Island.

My go to bakery when visiting family on the a island. Lattes are always delicious and the baked goods are devine. Try the oatmeal raisin cookie for a special treat!

Visited this place for coffee and pastries. The GF lemon seed poppy muffin was good. We also got a cheese and onion croissant which was ok... was imagining it would be much more flakey and light... the pastry that is but the filling was ok. We also got a vegan chocolate cake which my youngest daughter did not like... she... More

Service was fine, food reasonable, selection of cakes and biscuits to choose from. Toilets inside. You can buy whole quiches / cakes or by the slice. Fairly large area in side and you can take you food and drinks outside to enjoy the Lovel weather.

The Blackbird is a good local bakery that has drinks and excellent baked goods. The only negative is the lack of inside seating, there is very little so you may have to take out.

Went here this am. We bought the most delicious gluten free lemon glazed poppyseed muffins. They were awesome. The coffee was delish also.

This bakery has excellent baked goods --- particularly love the scones and toast. I tend not to order drinks here though as they frequently take a ridiculously long time to come up. Seating can also be a challenge, unless it is the summer and you can sit outside.

Good coffee, nummy baked goods, but often very long lines. The pies are seasonal and delicious. The various savory tarts are real winners.
