This month our French toast is made with our fresh baked pain au chocolate and topped with raspberry syrup and whipped cream
Station Eggs Benedict
Our version starts with house-made foccacia (see the theme we are not fond of factory made breads here at the butcher station). We then create a bed of freshly sauteed arugula to nestle in the protein of your choice to accompany two poached eggs with hollandaise.

We came as part of a Shenandoah Valley Civil War tour of 10 people.
I had the blackened red fish and it was very good with a glass of wine.
The service was very good and they handled our large group with no problem.
