Stayed at the Woodlands so Huzzah's was right there. Went there for breakfast and dinner over the course of several days while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. Manager was visible, hands on, kind, efficient and caring. Great food. Great staff!
Was staying in the Homeland hotel next door and stopped in to Huzzah for drinks and snacks. Had my brand on the bar so we stayed a while. After a bit we ordered pizza which my friends liked. I am not a big pizza fan...and remembering my Jersey Diner days was craving breakfast.Figured "What the heck" and asked if I could get some eggs. The manager agreed and "Voila". Everyone was happy. Wish I could have remembered her name.
One of the members of our group raved about the fried chicken the next day so we wanted to try it. Stopped by for lunch, but alas they are not open for lunch. Drat! Maybe next time.More

We are glad you enjoyed your scrambled eggs and toast. I remember you the 4 of you . We will have your fried chicken ready for your next visit. Hope to see you soon.
On our last visit the kids and I wanted to try it out but it was closed, fortunately this time it was open. The kids thoroughly enjoyed making their pizzas. Their pizza isn't bad. The staff was excellent and very attentive. All in all, not...a bad place. We will make it again our next visit!More
This restaurant is the only one within walking distance of the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suits and the Visitor's Center. It's literally right behind the hotel. It was hard to see in the dark. I popped my head in to see how busy it was...in case I had to put my name down. The seating host was ready to seat me right away but I needed to put some things away in my room first. I ran up to my room and back down to eat. The seating host welcomed me back and sat me at a table right away.
The waitress came over quickly to take my order. I was served complimentary biscuits with homemade honey butter and berry jam. They were like English scones but larger and fluffier. I could have eaten all 3 and not dinner. The jam was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. I loved the biscuits with butter and jam so much.
I made a mistake with my order and when it was brought out and I realized my mistake, the waitress and chef fixed it right away. The wood fired pizza crust is made with some kind of herb which I really don't like. It's also sprinkled with Parmesan cheese which I also don't like. I was hungry so I ate my pizza anyway. A small 10 inch size was large enough to have leftovers to box up and take back to my room. The real star of the meal was dessert. I had a hard time deciding but opted for the American Heritage Chocolate Cake. It was the most amazing cake I've had and I am a connoisseur of chocolate cake. The cake is rich, dark and dense filled with milk chocolate buttercream made from spicy American Heritage Chocolate. One slice was enough even for this chocoholic.
I found the prices of the food comparable to a family style restaurant I go to at home. A fountain drink, pizza and cake slice is under $25.
The staff at Huzzah are amazing and so very nice!
I did not return, as I am a super picky eater but I almost did go back for another slice of cake.More
I ordered the large special pizza, which was way too much food for one, but the waitress didn't seem to know if it was also available in the individual size. The free biscuit basket before the pizza was served was a treat.
The food was decent, but nothing amazing. My daughter had a fun time making her own pizza, though. It was convenient, being close to the visitor center parking lot for Colonial Williamsburg. There were also games outside to play.
