This place makes some of the best fresh ice cream we have ever had. The portions were also very large. We were very pleased with our visit.
My family has eaten ice cream here in the past so I decided to order a Birthday cake and am so glad I did! This was the best cake we have ever eaten. So my husband and I went there for the 1st time. Yummy. The young college kids were super sweet. The nuts on the sundae were weirdly large - whole nuts. That's my only complaint, though it's not a complaint. 😁
Went here three times during our week visit. When the evening temperature was 75+ each night there was eat ice cream callings. They had a Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae which I got two nights. Ice cream was super with lots of strawberries and whipped cream and...cherry. The kids picked a couple of different flavors that they put into the waffle cone. So many choices So little time.More

It was 2:45 in the afternoon at historic Williamsburg. Bruster's offers a national-brand-consistency in quality and service. The hotfudge sundae and regular waffle cone were ... well. they were just right. I measure good ice cream by the butter fat content, and Bruster's gets it...right.More
My husband and I came here—and it was worth the trip. Plenty of flavors. Waffle cones. Easy to maintain social distancing. Cute little picnic tables to enjoy our ice cream.
We have been coming here for the last couple of years and this time was the worse experience. Finally had my card full and they would not honor it. Then we had to wait as the made only one sundae at a time. Person 1...was almost done by the time the 3rd one came out. And they screwed up the order. Having been here before it seems like the sundae size was half what we normally get. After this experience we will most likely not be back.More
This place is worth the wait in line. Menu is extensive list of home made ice cream. I recommend the chocolate Peanut Butter

My family and I visited Bruster’s one evening while visiting Williamsburg VA. The ice cream flavors were abundant and delicious. I was able to sample several different flavors before I made my final choice. My oldest daughter chose the key lime pie ice cream which...was amazing. My little one chose mint chocolate chip, an old favorite. My wife got a large chocolate chip cookie sundae with the most fudge I’ve ever seen on a sundae in my life, amazing. I can’t stress how much I love it when an ice cream shop knows to put excessive amounts of fudge on a sundae, as they should. I got a scoop of toffee crunch ice cream and a scoop of a Mexican cinnamon ice cream called Horchata, which were delicious. The toffee crunch ice cream was delicious but it needed more toffee pieces. The Horchata was light and flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend Bruster’s ice cream to everyone. Their flavors are made daily and vary from a long elaborate list. A great find for any ice cream lover in Williamsburg VA.More
