The food was ok. Got the pumpkin waffle since it was the special. It really had no pumpkin flavor. Plus was charged extra because we I had eggs and bacon with it. I wasn't informed there be an up charge. Waffle came with my breakfast....The grits were good. The service was great.More

We walked in, past a crowd waiting outside who eventually were part of a larger group. We got there around 8:30AM and were seated immediately. The Staff seemed good natured and attentive. I ordered 3 Pancakes with blueberries and strawberries. But some of the Strawberries...were already brown. My wife ordered the Greek omelet, which she said was "Tasty" but that all changed when she chomped down on some Shell. Not being picky, but you decide for yourself.More

We stopped here before ending our Williamsburg vacation yesterday. We had the apple pie pancakes and country fried steak. It was seriously some of the best breakfast we have ever had! We waited about 45 minutes for a table- I promise, it is worth the...wait.More

My wife and I just finished a great vacation in Williamsburg. While we were there, the hotel we were staying at had a very expensive restaurant for breakfast, so we found the Colonial Pancake House. The food was good, so we went back a second...time the next day. My wife had a really good greek omlette one day and a meat omlette the next. I had pigs in a blanket one day and the Colonial Breakfast today. It was good food, and it was cheap. The service was quick and friendly. I definately recommend it to anyone.More

Chose this due to great reviews. The good are the pancakes and the grits. Eggs were fine but bacon was microwave bacon and not good. Link sausage not sure. Service was great, but come on, expected cooked bacon. Will not return on future visits.

Hello! We are glad you enjoyed the pancakes, grits and eggs. Our bacon and sausage links are cooked fresh multiple times per day. We sincerely apologize that the bacon and sausage were not up to our usual standards.

Large portions of very good food. My husband had the western omelet, I did the Greek. Both were delicious. It is a pancake house, so I had a pancake as a side. It was light. My husband remarked the biscuits he had were very good....Add to this, good coffee and we were quite pleased. They were very busy, but the waitress was very accommodating and friendly. You should be pleased if you breakfast here.More

Delicious and ample breakfast for a fair price. We enjoyed the 2-2-2 breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon and 2 pancakes. A pot of coffee was brought to the table. Everything was prepared perfectly, staff was very efficient and friendly. So happy we located...this pancake house while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. The location is an easy 3 minute drive from hotels in Colonial Williamsburg and worth it to enjoy a hearty traditional breakfast.More

Our party of 5 arrived on a Friday morning about 915am. We were seated right away but noticed that after we were seated there were people waiting outside. We all enjoyed our food and fresh fruit. No complaints from anyone. We will come again.

Nice breakfast and quick sitting for brunch on a Sunday. Food was standard breakfast food but service was superior. We appreciate that they surprised grandpa and sang happy birthday to him. Would certainly return. Priced very reasonable.

We had nine in our party. The people there were great and super friendly. The menu has some items that you don't see every day; fried bologna, grits, corn beef hash.

We have had breakfast here before hitting colonial Williamsburg many times. Family owned and operated, they serve up good breakfasts with a smile and a reasonable price point.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Had to wait a little while but it was worth the wait. The 2-2-2 hit the spot 2 pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, and 2 eggs. Worth it even if you do have to wait.
