The Plantation breakfast is wonderful. Anything I've ever eaten there is always good. The staff is friendly, service is great and special requests are handled with a smile. The prices are very reasonable.

With so many pancake houses you would think competition would breed excellence, however, this place has a lot to be desired. Hashbrowns looked like soggy fried potatoes--no crispy edges and tasted like reheated, sliced boiled potatoes. Omelet unremarkable. Pancakes so-so. Bill was over $60 for 4 people for breakfast. Cut your losses and go to IHOP.

I thought it was a federal law for a business to have designated handicap parking, there was none. I'm guessing the reason is you are packed in like sardines and a wheelchair could never maneuver in there. The walk to the restroom is like an obstacle course. Food was just average. Our server was very attentive and pleasant.

When we were in Williamsburg over July 4 holiday. After hearing about Mama Steve’s House of Pancakes we decided to give it a try. Mama Steve’s is owned by the same family as The Jefferson Restaurant. We had a wonderful breakfast with nice fluffy biscuits and our bacon cooked crispy as we requested. We like our bacon very crispy and... More

Adorable place with a colonial atmosphere. The waitresses are dressed in adorable aprons and colonial caps. The ambiance is wonderful and the breakfast was very good. The omelettes were very large and the pancakes were delicious! The price was reasonable and the staff was extremely friendly! We liked it so much that we tried the owners other restaurant The Jefferson... More

One review was entitled "you get what you pay for." That is exactly what I got. I went in for pancakes and I got them. I cannot say they were the best I have ever had, but more in the OK category. I thought them to be a tad bland, but the flavor vastly improved when I used the blueberry... More

This place was inexpensive but it screams for a new cook. All of our food except for the pancakes was overcooked. My kids ordered chocolate pancakes and got pancakes with a few chocolate pieces on top which melted and became a sauce. Yuk! I ordered an omelette and it came with Velveeta cheese and was dry. Our bagel was one... More
