Property was very clean, Covid restrictions taken seriously. Wait staff was great, especially our waitress took excellent care of our group. Plenty of excellently prepared seafood, especially King Crab legs which are placed on your plate 2 full legs, at a time, as many times...as you want. Definitely a wonderful experience.More

Located a couple miles from Premium Outlet and on the main road. They used to require use of gloves when getting food and face coverings at all times expect when eating. They provided disposable gloves at the end of the bar but no restaurant worker...told anyone about them or the encouraged using them. The food tasted different. Some faves were no longer available. Our server, Jose, was the best part of our life experience.More

The decor and ambiance is very nice, best buffet decor ever. The food however is only average. It is well presented but slightly bland, the crab legs I had were over cooked and therefore had no “ seafood” taste. The desert bar is well covered,...a bit of everything., the rest of the buffet also has plenty of variety. The amazing thing about this restaurant is definitely THE STAFF. I give every one of them a 100% rating. Our waiter was Will. A gracious well informed and all round “ Nice guy” I think it is over priced at $45.99 per person.More

Discovered this restaurant while looking for some good seafood on our trip to Williamsburg. Huge buffet offering, but quality of food was not that good. Especially for $47 per person!

My cousins and I ate at Captain George's Seafood Restaurant while we were vacationing in Williamsburg. There were a lot of great choices on the buffet. My favorites were the crab legs, crab imperial, fried scallops, and hush puppies. Along with the various seafood dishes,...there was a salad bar and a dessert bar. Our server was fantastic. She kept our drinks refilled and swept the used dishes away very efficiently. We had a great time and loved the food.More

My wife, son, and granddaughter got there early for dinner and were pleasantly surprised that the menu was still about the same as always. Variety and lots of food. I was particularly impressed about the lengths to which the restaurant went to reduce the spread...of COVID...such as everyone wore plastic gloves when they went to the buffet.More

We have tried this restaurant several times in the past, am I stupid? And it continues to disappoint, if you want to eat a whole lot of sub par food at a relatively high price $49 then go there, a lot of the people there...were extremely obese and I'm sure that's what they do. Hopefully I will get smarter as I age and will not go backMore

My wife likes seafood so we gave it a try. We both think it is a little better than average but not worth the price per person. This is a good place if you are not concerned about the quality and just need a large...amount of food to fill you up. The service from Juan was very good and the place was clean.More

Mast of the changes are in relation to information you find posted online. The price is now $45.99 per adult, and we were advised no senior or military discounts. Lobster is mentioned in numerous posts, but I have never seen lobster in the Williamsburg or...Virginia Beach locations. If the quality of the food had remained the same as in the past, the price increase would be understandable, however, even that appears to have declined. Much of the seafood was either tough or rubbery and some had a taste that was less then pleasing. At this point, I'm not sure if I want to put out over $100 for the wife and I to go back and find out if the issues I reported have been corrected..More
