Stopped here for a late night dinner after a ghost tour. We were the only guests eating. The cook and staff were vert accommodating and the food was delicious. The dinner was huge! We were all stuffed.

Our family has always loved eating here. However, in the last few visits, things have gone downhill quit a bit. Floors are always sticky, bathrooms nasty, tables wet & servers lacking. Food is still amazing however. Just do some deep cleaning please.
Well, I haven't actually eaten here (yet!) . This is all about customer service. I ordered a gift certificate online for my Freshman son to celebrate his first day of school today at William & Mary. By the way, it's quicker to process if you...order one over the phone versus online. Anyway, I called and talked to the manager on duty at Paul's Deli, Scotland St, named Josh. He was wonderful! Very responsive. Actually took the time to call the person who handled the online orders (as she wasn't going to be in until the end of the week), made sure my order was processed and wrote up the gift certificate for my son to pick up today. Thank you!!! At least it made me feel a little better about being so far away on his first day. Can't wait to eat here when we visit!!More
Mack is a first rate server. He was fast, and I mean fast. Great attitude and really took care of all our needs. The Gyros were delicious as was the the local draft beer.
Been coming here for YEARS and the pizza is always hot and fresh with lots of gooey cheese. Staff is always friendly-love the cooks!! Nothing fancy but love the quaint place to have a pie and cold pitcher of beer
We were at Paul's for a casual rehearsal dinner. An excellent selection of pizza, pasta, calamari. Plenty of food and attentive service.
Pub food is Pub food no matter where you go. Paul's has a good selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner varieties. However the sandwiches my wife and I ordered were average at best.
We dined at Paul's for the first time on Saturday evening. We were promptly seated and our waitress was very good. I ordered the Chicken Parmesean and my date had the French Dip Sandwich. The chicken parmesean came with enough spaghetti to feed four people...and parts of my chicken were undercooked. While some may rave about huge portion sizes, I found this to be simply wasteful. Leftover spaghetti is not high on my list of favorite dishes. I also did not enjoy the flavor of the tomato sauce. My date's french dip sandwich was a better choice. When dining at Paul's I recommend avoiding the pasta dishes and sticking with the sandwiches. On the plus side, my date ordered a piece of chocolate cake for dessert and it was delicious. Once again, the portion size was huge but the leftovers will still be enjoyable.More
We ordered through DoorDash. They charged $6 for a 2 mile delivery! Greek-style food was good and so were sandwiches. Please work with a delivery vendor that is not so greedy and we will use you more!
It’s a bar with loud music and less than impressive food. Fish and chips are expected to be a nice, white, boneless fried fish with fries. Here it was a medium size piece of fish that had not been filleted. Getting a mouthful of bones...was an immediate turn off. Cole slaw was a bitter, dry shredded cabbage with minimal dressing or spice. Mousakka was a decent portion and had an average taste except it was swimming In marinara sauce. The accompanying crusty roll was jabbed into the marinara sauce and served without butter. We had to ask for silverware. The small, complimentary cannolis were a nice treat.More
