It seems like there is an abundance of nice restaurants in Williamsburg. We found this by chance and had a good experience here. Kids liked the shakes; I had a decent (non-Hires) root beer. Service pleasant.

We stopped by chance as we drove into town and scored the perfect meal, including the bread served first. We both ordered the whole baked trout stuffed with crab and southern cornbread. It was just plain amazing and came over kale cooked just enough with just enough vinegar overlay. It was a huge meal and so perfectly prepared, there was... More

We stopped here for lunch on St Patrick's Day. Husband had the obligatory corned beef and I had Brunswick stew with grits. I didn't think that was a thing but very good. Service was great, good portions and decent prices. Definitely would return

Had dinner here because we wanted to sit outside and enjoy colonial Williamsburg. The scenery was nice, but the food and service here was average. Honestly, I thought for what it was the food was overpriced. Portions were small too. Would probably not eat here again.

This restaurant is in a great location. It is in the heart of the shopping districe and a very short walk from the bus stop. The service is friendly but no overbearing. It is a good value.

We had lunch here and it was pretty good. Their BBQ chicken/duck was interesting and the roast beef sandwich was good as well. Service was friendly and attentive. Not a cheap spot but not too bad.

While visiting Colonial Williamsburg we visited Trellis on a winter Sunday evening. This restaurant has a nice setting with close by parking. We had good service. Menu has a variety of options and the modest wine list has a reasonable range of selections. We had a bottle of Barbera d'Asti, Wild Mushroom Ricotta Ravioli and Mushroom Manicotti Fresh Pasta. Both... More

This restaurant is beautiful inside and out. The staff was friendly but slow which is not ideal when dining with small children. The food was tasty but not exceptional. They have local brews on tap which earns them extra points in my book. We had a nice dining experience.

Called to see if there was a wait. Spoke to the manager who did not ask for my name... arrived 15 minutes later and the restaurant was packed and next reservation was at 7:30... 2 1/2 hours from when we called. Spoke to the manager and she said "sorry, we became very busy after you called." she was not about... More
