Use to enjoy this Red Lobster. Unfortunately, the food was served tepid the last time I was there. Gave them another chance today.. This time the food was COLD and the shrimp was tough. Obviously, this location of Red Lobster is not just going downhill...but speeding downhill. So, skip this one!More

This was opened during Phase 2. A mask must be worn until you are seated. The wait staff was attentive. The food was served piping hot. The portions were huge. The food of course was delicious. Highly recommend them.

We lived in a restaurant ghetto region once upon a time and Red Lobster was the only seafood place within a two-hour drive. We moved.. Recently, one of our dinner groups voted for the Red Lobster in our new town. It was a pleasant surprise...to see that the franchise has survived, delivers a decent dinner, and can compete against a strong set of mid-range options.More

Red Lobster has a variety of seafoods on their menu within a decent price depending on what you want. I like the ultimate feast which has crab legs, fish and two kinds of shrimp fried shrimp and shrimp scamp includes garlic bisquits, salad , beverage...and a side. I like the rice with my seafood.More

My wife and I lunched here yesterday for the first time in several years because of prior bad experiences. Wow--has it changed for the better! The restaurant wasn't crowded, lighting was subdued as was the music playing. Our server Kelly came to us right away...and took our drink order and helped us navigate the menu that had changed a lot. Kelly did an excellent job for us! I ordered the fresh Atlantic Salmon blackened with rice pilaf and broccoli. My wife had the Bottomless Shrimp offered. Both of our meals were hot and cooked just right. The biscuits before the entrees came were tasty and hot. Everything about this visit was excellent, and Red Lobster is back on our list of favorites!More

This was my first time at a Red Lobster in years. We were vacationing in Williamsburg and we had some free time without the kids. My gf said she would like to go here for lunch. We were delightfully impressed! Our waiter, John, was excellent!...Quick and very attentive to us. I had New England Clam Chowder, salad and fried Cod fish. Everything was delish! Really enjoyed the soup as it's one of my favs as long as it's good. Never had a cheddar biscuit before this...bet you can't eat just one! I'm not a big bread person, but these are exceptional! We altered our choice a bit and they had no problem making the changes! Will definitely go back as soon as the opportunity arises! Thanks Red Lobster for providing great service and good food!More

4 item Thursday special tasty clam chowder, fresh garden salad were exceptionally good, while the brownie Alamode was average. The Panko Shrimp was “I think 10” but I got 8. Good lunch but pacing made us feel rushed.

We dined at this Red Lobster location for dinner and experienced the WORST service we've had in Williamsburg. The food, as a Red Lobster chain restaurant, was expectedly good. However, the waitress had a bad attitude and was rude. We ordered something to split (around...$27 - choose 3 option) for three people since our family does not generally eat a lot. When we said we'd split the dinner, she said "That's it?" and walked off in a huff and began to talk to another waitress about how we were not spending more money. Mind you - two people at our table were drinking beer and wine and generally drink around 3 beverages each (i.e. higher bill). After we placed our order with her, she disappeared. After we received our food from another waiter, we had to flag down the waiter who delivers the food from the kitchen to order another round of drinks since our waitress never came back to our table. He was very helpful and probably should've been our waiter instead. While we were eating our food off of bread plates (no one brought us dinner plates), the manager came by to check on things and didn't even notice that we were eating off of bread plates. Halfway through our meal, our waitress reappeared and brought us the drinks the other waiter had submitted to the bar. I had to ask for a refill of my own sweet tea. She had no intention of refilling. Since the service was so bad, the two other members of my family did not order a third round of drinks. We will absolutely NEVER recommend this location to anyone visiting Williamsburg. We've been to several Red Lobsters in other states and have NEVER received this kind of treatment.More

Service was awesome! Our waiter was great! He was finishing up his degree at North Carolina A&T and is going into the Navy. He was very conscientious and polite. Our food was also great. We had Ceasar Salads and stuffed mushrooms to start things off....For entrees, the Wife had The Mixed Grill with Salmon. Perfect. I had Cedar Plank Lobster Tails. They also come with corn on the cob, succulent jumbo shrimp and andouille sausage. Awesome. We washed it all down with moscato (me) and a top shelf margarita (her). Our waiter brought us an anniversary sundae for dessert. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. You won’t be disappointed!More
