We had lunch here and we loved their fresh cut fries! I had a cob salad and my husband had a cheeseburger. It was all good. Their fresh squeezed lemonade needed more lemon and more sugar though. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Our first time here. Nice staff. Good indoor seating. Best French Fries in Williamsburg Great limeaide. Recommend one improvement--- the hamburger meat does not taste good Charge more for your burgers and use fresh ground chuck. Whoever is selling you burger meat now is doing...you a disserviceMore

We wandered into the area and all of the area restaurants were packed. We wondered around until we spotted this place which was NOT packed.....until after we got there. A nice variety of sandwiches, appetizers, etc to choose from. Much more than I expected. One...of our favorite spots on vacationMore

Fast, reasonably priced with a pretty extensive menu. Cheeseburger reminded me of a great diner burger and my wife had a top notch patty melt.

Good lunch place, especially when Merchant Square restaurants are busy. Nice selection of sandwiches and burgers and some blue plate specials. Grilled cheese sandwich used two varieties of cheese. My wife had the meatloaf and enjoyed it. Onion rings were tasty. My wife really liked...the fresh limeaid. I had a milkshake and , while good, was not as thick as I like. Quick and friendly service.More

This place used to be good. This visit we ordered a chicken quesadilla. Hardly any chicken in it and they wanted 50 cents extra for ranch dipping sauce. I ordered the shepherds pie and it was absolutely awful. We ain’t ever going back.

We have eaten here a number of times over the past few years and like that the menu options (written on a big board on the wall) worked for our group of seven. Hot dog was ok but for the price you might expect a...slightly larger one! Lots of options for toppings (72 I think he said) with a charge once pass mustard and ketchup. We hit at a slow spot with an early supper. A crowd followed but they move the line fast. Tables need a little more cleaning attention but I am guessing they are short staffed as is most others. The place next door had closed at five that day, were closed another day and had reduced hours! Guess we should be grateful they were open. I like the atmosphere and will continue to stop in when visiting the area.More

Retro’s restaurant in Merchant’s Square next to historic area - A bit out of the way, so not as busy as the other more visible restaurants. Milkshakes great, lots of flavors. Hamburgers small but good. Fresh cut fries good, sweet potato fries are thicker thus...better. Not cheap but good relative to others. Order at counter, some seating inside but mostly outside.More

This place definitely reminded me of a true college eatery - didn't seem the cleanest, and the food was just alright. I tried the meatloaf sandwich and it was pretty pathetic, and the fried pickles weren't anything special either.

Funnel cake fries! Enough said, but watermelon lemonade, pomegranate lemonade, limeade, all fresh squeezed! Burgers and dogs, all tasty and cooked right. This place is busy, line out the door, be prepared for that. It did move fast and the food came out quickly.
