We ordered 4 dinners and an appetizer. The dinners came at 3 separate times and after all four meals were delivered I had to walk up and cancel the appetizer. The bread for the pasta came after we had finished eating and was delivered in...a box so that we could take it with us. The appetizer was not taken off the bill when we went to pay, I had to request that to happen. The server was terrible, he had no idea about how to serve or take care of a table. The manager made Covid excuses for the entire issue instead of apologizing. Said it was the kitchens fault no the server. Such a SAD experience - food tasted fine. Too bad that they have no idea about service. I could accept some slack service but when management accepts it and puts servers above customers they have lost their way. Wont go back.More

Ok don’t get the pasta. I have had a steak sandwich and a Stromboli from there before and they were good. I just had the pasta yesterday and it was not good. The bread knots were hard. The service is not good. The young lady...took my order and brought my salad. She came back 1/2 hour later and said are you ready to pay and never brought my entree I ordered shrimp and scallops Alfredo and didn’t get any shrimp. Won’t be backMore

The salads and pizzas are super fresh. This place is highly recommended and is a standout among Shenandoah Valley restaurants.

Limited in choice by Memorial Day closures, we went here because it was close to our hotel and open! What a lucky find. The pizza was absolutely delicious and there was an excellent choice of draft beer. Add to that the fun and friendly waiting...staff and the reasonable prices and the result is a great place to eat.More

Specific instructions were to cook thoroughly the mushrooms and onions, I.E. 'caramelize' them and the beef should have been chopped to tenderize it while on the 'flattop'. That didn't happen and it was chewy and the cheese was not thoroughly-melted.

We hit town late, and the places downtown had rely long waits,so we opted for this. The pizza was really good, and my fettuccine and salad were really good. The garlic knots that came with the meal were awesome. The highlight of the visit was...the banter with the manager. A really funny guy, who makes us plan to visit Flying Pizza again.More

We stopped for NY style thin crust. It's a medium thin crust (they also have the thick square bread style pizza, but Neopolitan is our favorite). Toppings were plentiful and the pizza cooked well. The garlic bread was sprinkled with minced garlic and a side...of dipping sauce provided. The sauce is outstanding - tomatoey with a hint of spice. Very good. The same sauce is used on the pizza and helps make the pie that much better. Salads were fresh and several options for dressing were available as well. It's not quite like Lombardis in NYC but better than most pizza we have found in our travels.More
