Had my first experience with ordering their take out. When I arrived, I called and they brought it out and put it in my trunk. The dinner was delicious! Salmon Tiki Marsala was totally wonderful as was the Aloo Spinach and the coconut, cashew and...raisin stuffed Nan. Will definitely order again and highly recommend this restaurant. I live about 12 miles from the restaurant and everything was hot when I got it home.More

Just took a chance to try something different and we were very pleased. Nicely prepared cocktails. Friendly staff. Great spices and flavors. Taj Tandoor Platter - is a great was to sample lamb, two types of chicken and shrimp. Lamb Boti Kabab - great flavor....Both entrees the lamb and one chicken were tough and hard to cut but wonderful spices. Added a bread order of Tandoori Roti. Not crowded and it was a great experience. We will go back.More

Visited for lunch. No buffet, due to state restrictions at this time. Had vegetable samosas, chicken tikka Marsala and a naan bread. Everything was delicious, good flavor in the curry and well spiced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was very reasonably priced....If you don’t have a big appetite, a single order of curry may be enough to share! Will be coming back.More

As you can see from my past reviews, I have been here many times for both eat-in and take-out for dinner. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in this area. The quality of the food here is consistently above average. This time I again enjoyed...my chicken vindaloo for $14.99. My other family members again enjoyed their Taj butter chicken also for $14.99 with two garlic naan for $3.99 each, cauli Manchurian for $9.99, dal makhani for $12.99 and chicken Mughlai korma for $14.99. My total take-out order for my family of 6 was again about $100 less gratuities. What a good value for take-out Indian. I will continue to return here for both eat in and take-out dinners.More

The veggie spring roll was $4.99. The cauli Manchurian was $9.99. The paneer makhana was $13.99. My total bill less gratuities was $90. I enjoyed my chicken vindaloo, naan and my family also enjoyed their dinners. We will continue to return here for eating in or to go, take out.More

We stopped in for lunch and had the buffet. Good price for the weekend (includes drink) and a good variety of items, with a chicken curry, fish curry, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, dal mekhi, and many other items. Naan served as well. What a great...find for our next visitMore

Early dining on Tues evening. Very attentive service, somewhat hampered by language barrier - however all items served as ordered. Extensive and varied menu. Food (2 chicken dishes) was good with ample amount for “ doggy bag”. Garlic naan was highlight. Nice bottle of Pinot...Grigio complemented the spicy (medium) chicken entree.More

After hearing (over a year ago) that they were opening an Indian restaurant in Warrenton, I wasn’t in too much of a hurry to eat there, as I thought “how good can it be if it’s in Warrenton?” Meaning many in the area probably wouldn’t...appreciate the heavy spices and heat used to make this food correctly. But recently checked the reviews and read so many positive comments that I thought it would be worthwhile to give this place a try.... Boy are we glad we did! We stopped in on a Friday evening and they were about half full (which seems normal for ethnic restaurants). We were immediately greeted and seated and checked out their menu.... First thing I noticed was how very reasonable their prices are! Many places easily charge several dollars more for the same items. They also have an extensive menu with all the typical and authentic Indian dishes, along with the American dishes (like Butter Chicken) that many (except me) like. They do charge a little too much for their naan though, but I was so very happy to see paratha on the menu (and tried it). Overall, the food was nicely done and perfectly spiced. The chicken saag was really nice, but could have been better had the spinach been fresh, not frozen. The naan was really good, but I did ask for it to not be cut (they should NEVER cut up naan, you’re supposed to pull it apart with your fingers as you eat!) and I also asked for no butter on it, but they put tons of thickly-diced garlic on it, which was odd, as naan doesn’t “normally” come with anything on it... Even still, the texture and preparedness of it was PERFECT! Taste was still GREAT! Their paratha (aloo) was awesome! Some of the best I’ve had, as it wasn’t greasy, but the aloo wasn’t as spiced as I would have preferred. Chicken Tikka was really tasty, even though they serve it on a “fajita” platter, which they should shy away from. Rice that came on the side was made quite nicely... it was basmati with coriander and it was fragrant and tasty. Sauces were amazing! Service was really nice, not perfect as they didn’t pay enough attention to detail and all the tables as they should have. Restroom wasn’t as clean as it should be either. But overall, we really enjoy our visit and will most definitely return!More

Lunch brunch has a good variety and includes a drink like the Masala Tea. The selection varies daily but they do have some core items that are always winners.
