I love good Mizo and I love mussels, so having Mizo Soup with Mussels was a treat. Soya 31 has a stylish interior with sushi bar and TVs. Our meals that included mussels, sushi, and rolls were good to excellent. The waitress was in training and eager to please us. Would love to return,

I stopped in and had a couple Rolls, but I really enjoy when they have fresh Uni so I can have a few Uni Shooters. A sapporo at the bar and an short visit is the perfect stop.

Wide range of rolls available for eating in and take out. Compared to the UK the price was very reasonable but I'm told it's on the pricey side for the area. Worth it is my opinion!

Randomly found this place while in Virginia Beach for work. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The sushi is wonderful.

The service is excellent, the "hibachi style vegetable and tofu dish was delicious. Good size portions of food served. They have a full bar and all sorts of beers, including Japanese types. The Soft Shell Crab advertiser that my husband ordered two servings of was very tasty, according to him. I ate the vegetarian sushi and it was quite good.... More

We saw reviews and tried lunch there. We had all fried fish, fried shrimp and fried scallops. They are ok taste. We do don't think they were made of fresh ingredients. It was a small meal for our teenagers. They were still hungry after they ate. We are Japanese. It's average in our standard.

Excellent Sushi, this was my second time visiting, Ivy was my server and she was excellent, personable and polished. I enjoyed the Fireman Roll and others I cannot remember by name, loved their specialty selections.

Nice, quaint restaurant. Server was very friendly and suggested the VA Beach Crunch and the Poke Ahi Tuna. One word...DELICIOUS! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
