Kevin Chang is the owner and head chef of Zushi Japanese Bistro. Kevin is a hard working soul. In fact you will probably see him every time you come to his restaurant. His work is fast paced, and there is never a time when he can be caught standing still, yet he always has time to greet and talk with his customers about his art. Kevin has a simple philosophy about his art. Keep it looking fancy, and keep it affordable. That philosophy is one of the many aspects of Kevin"s restaurant techniques that make a trip to Zushi worthwhile

What an absolutely beautiful late lunch. I had never eaten at Zushi before. I ordered their Tuna Tartair and for my main course I had the grilled octopus, both items are on the starter menus. The tartair was rich and creamy. Obviously the quality fatty...More
This spot is charming - right in Town Center in a clean and well-kept space with friendly servers - but be warned - it is somewhat expensive sushi. Not terrible - but $10 per roll if you want more than a standard plain one.
We enjoyed our meal, although I wish there was more conch on the menu. The green tea was tasty and the rolls were fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was a bit loud but this won't deter us from future visits. Overall I recommend giving this...More
