One of the best places to go in Virginia Beach for a fine dining experience. Never had a bad meal here. Definitely need to save room for dessert as well.

We walked here from our hotel for dinner. It's a nice place, but the food is not transcendent for the relatively high price. In future trips to Virginia Beach, I will give it a pass.

Yeah; I'd stick with that and nice shoes. You won't need a jacket-but, if you did have one you wouldn't feel overdressed if you decided to wear it. It's a first class place and yet not pretentious at all.
