We had tried this restaurant at an earlier visit to Virginia Beach and on this trip we went back again with similar results. They have a great menu with a lot of variety for meals and sides. They cashier was rude to my 6year old kid, and to my mother. They were asking stuff about the menu. And he just answered "everything you need to know is in the menu" my mom first language is spanish and we are here on vacation...to have a good time. So once we order they food tasted bad and we had belly pain for 2days. The cook was nice, he even brought us napkin since the cashier brought the food without utensils and napkins. The place was empty only us, I guess ppl knew how bad they are now. We went bcz someone from VA recommend this place.More

Decided to try this place out through Grubhub. We are so glad we did. It is a little pricey, but so worth it. The sandwiches are loaded with meat. The potato salad and mac and cheese are not worth ordering. My brother got the Super...Beef sandwich and there was so much meat. Delicious.More
Local, friendly BBQ joint, The Beach Bully features good down-home brisket, ribs and pulled-meat sandwiches and platters. Visited there today for lunch, having the pulled pork with sides of Cole slaw and scrumptious hush puppies. Very helpful service.
Beach Bully has been of my favorites since the late 80s. We always make a point to visit when we return to the area. This time, the place seemed busy but nothing out of the ordinary. We placed our order and they said about 10...minutes. No big deal. Other orders taken after ours start getting filled. A little odd but not out of the ordinary. However, after 25-30 minutes went by I asked the first time for the status of our order. Usual response of they are working on it. I ask again 5 minutes later. Waiting on one part of the order. 5 minutes later and I see nothing being done so I asked yet again. Finally they start working on the missing part. After a total of 45 minutes we finally had our order. By this point the other parts of the order were cold. Same thing happened to the guy next to me. Did we get an apology for our troubles? Nope! They just handed over the order. I get it’s a trying time right now but this wasn’t acceptable.More
We went here after seeing the reviews. The prices were fair, and the food was pretty good. It wasn't crowded, and we were able to sit outside. There is free parking while in the restaurant, which was nice. My wife and I had the pit...beef sandwich platter, and both were made to our order.More
