If you need a good meal for Thanksgiving, try the Brass Bell. Great price of 8.95 for a meal of turkey, ham, potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, yams, stuffing, roll/butter, and either pecan or pumpkin pie. Nice sports bar with huge screen and daily drink specials. Give it a try.

We stopped in for lunch. I had not been in years and was surprised at how it had changed. It is much larger. The food was excellent at a great price . Very friendly staff. It was very busy and had a good energy. I will be back.

Stopped for lunch. Waited for a while at the entrance. Not sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Took a bit for anyone to speak to us. Service was OK. The waitress did not know anything about the special i.e. what a Reuben sandwich was. Food was good.

We ordered a Philly Steak sandwich and a seafood platter...the Philly steak was so-so, not very tasty, and rather small...the seafood was all stuff that restaurants order from restaurant supply companies, the usual over-breaded pre-frozen bought-by-the-case food...I don't know how the steaks are, but the seafood, well, forget it. The cole slaw and macaroni-and-cheese were obviously mass-produced also. The only... More

We went there on Sunday to watch football and have munchies. The Brass bell is not much to speak about. It's your typical neighborhood bar. The TV's are small except for one projection TV, so viewing games is not that great. As far as food, the wings were only decent (average). We also ordered Cheese fries and jalapeno poppers, both... Really didn't have anything to complain about. Some of our party had steaks which they said were great. The baked potatoes were really good too. Our waitress was a sweet little thing who was attentive and happy to check on us. A few downsides, the draft beer selection is pitiful and they didn't have any Pinot wine but minor issues... More

Steak was good but not great, plain frozen fries which were decent, salad was good and plentiful, prices are decent. This is a bar with an extensive menu, you will smell smoke, and our waitress was not friendly at all and we had to ask for everything including refills. But if I lived here I would eat here again as... More

The food is good, and inexpensive! I would give the steaks 5 stars, but this is a bar! There is an attached smoking room, and smoke billows in every time the door is open.

We came here after reading the reviews which were positive, but when we showed up no one asked for our name and to inform us of a wait. I waved down one of three waitresses and finally was told the wait would be 45 mins and she still did not ask for the name of our party. After waiting we... More

Description
Family owned restaurant that is known for our steaks and friendly atmosphere. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night. We believe that quality doesn't have to strain your wallet. We sing karaoke with over 20,000 songs in our library every Friday & Saturday. We play pool, beer pong, corn hole, Texas Hold 'em and NTN Trivia/Poker. Our jukebox doubles as a Photo Booth and allows you to post to your Facebook or just play your songs from your smartphone. Over 15 TV's and the complete Sports Package from DIRECTV. NCAA, NASCAR, and horseraces, too! Some have called us a neighborhood hangout, local's hangout, corner bar. The Virginian Pilot called us "The Best Good, Cheap Steak in Hampton Roads." Honestly, for some, we're called home. We're a friendly face, a family that grows daily, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Our customers mean everything to us. We know that you could go anywhere but you're truly appreciated at the Bell!
