I don't mean to be rude, but I have several things to discuss. 1/ it took us 15 min to go to the 23 floor. For some reason I ignore, the elevator was not working. It was impossible to press “23”. We travelled from 2...to 6, 6 to 1… I had to go 1st and ask front desk for help. 2/ when we arrive in the restaurant, it took several more minutes before being seated. I would appreciate that everything goes well. 3/ when it was time to seat down/ impossible to use the chair; there was meat or I don’t know what. It is not the quality I expected from this kind of restaurants… 4/ I ask for something not spicy at all. The waiter helped me skip a few dishes but suggested I order another that I couldn't eat! I do not understand this advice. The restaurant changed it. No problem for that. 5/ When we left, I had to pay the parking: 12.31 to 02.38, with 2 complementary hours, I had to pay $3 for 8 minutes. I remember waiting t enter, waiting to be seated... Usually, I will not care for $3 but, after leaving, I saw that today I was charge $20 for CALIFORNIA ROLL and $20 for TEMPURA SHRIMP ROLL instead of $12 each. Why? Am I reading wrong? Don't thingk so... For all these reasons, my experience was not positive. The SUSHI were very good. Nothing to say about the food except that I personally can't eat spicy.More

The food was awesome and our server Tanner was the best server we have ever had!!! We typically dine in Malibu CA where standards are very high. Orion’s Roof exceeded those standards in every way :) We highly recommend!!!

Tanner was an awesome server!!! He gave great suggestions and was super attentive. I would definitely come back again.

Great atmosphere- superb service, delicious food - loved the potstickers an corn appetizer. Tanner is far superior to any wait staff on the eastern seaboard! 5 stars!❤️

Absolutely delicious food and drink. Our server, Tanner, was a delight. He was game for our bad jokes, made excellent recommendations and put up with our shenanigans.

Sage was very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was pretty good - A5 Wagyu with O-toro was yummy. Would recommend for beach town sushi / Asian fusion experience. 10/10 for Va Beach. 7/10 for Miami / LA style Asian fusion spots. 6/10 for NYC /...Tokyo style sushi spotsMore

We had never been to Orion’s Roof before, but I brought my husband to celebrate his birthday and it was a great choice! The drinks and food were amazing, but our server (Sage) was what truly made our experience 5/5 stars. He had great recommendations...from start to finish and was so knowledgeable about the menu! Sage our waiter did a first class service and recommended the fish halibut super fresh and the steak was great. Fast service. We were here when it first opened but was super disappointed but we gave them second chance since it's our son's requested place...to eat for his birthday.More
