My family and I went here for the first time to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time. Our server (Thank you, Will!) was knowledgeable and attentive and also made some fantastic suggestions for food and wine. Speaking of, the food was amazing and it's obvious that Eat's chef puts a great deal of thought into crafting a... More

This is my second review of this restaurant. We first visited several years ago and loved it then as well. For the first visit we had not made reservations (you need them!). They offered to seat us in the bar which we reluctantly did. Usually the service in a bar area isn't the best, but our servers took excellent care... More

Love this place whether just stopping in for a cocktail or having a great dinner. Fun to sit in the bar if the restaurant is busy. Tends to be a bit noisy but most popular places are. Food is very good. Bar tender is awesome. Well worth a visit. Being locals we ride our bikes as parking can sometimes be... More

Good food. Good drinks. Good atmosphere. My friends and I ate here after it was recommended by a fellow hotel patron. We were not disappointed. The appetizers were good, followed by delicious salads and then the meal. Don't forget desert. Everything was excellent.

Menu is confusing, no parking, expensive. Came with a group of 7 for a bachelorette party. The drinks range from $11-$12, appetizers $9-$20, main dishes $17-$34. If you don't know what to get because the menu makes absolute no sense, order the Hasselhoff. It's a 14oz waygu beef burger served with skinny fries and truffle mayo-delicious! I ordered the "Ants... We visit EAT on a regular basis when we visit the beach (even though this is my first review) but now with recent gluten free dietary constraints for one of our family were unsure of how well they would do. I called ahead and asked. They said they could handle us. They did very well. There is a single menu... More

Great atmosphere friendly staff and food was off the charts. My friends had rockfish which they devoured and I had the wonderful and tasty beef tenderloin. Definitely we will be back!! So glad we found this little gem!

This is quite a small place, cozy, with really friendly staff. Our waitress, Victoria, was lovely. The food is fresh and forward-thinking. Had the gazpacho soup and tuna tataki, finished with grilled angel cake. The bread was delish. All was really yummy, although the gazpacho could have been a bit "zingier" in taste. It's located right on the end of... More

Searching out the more local places "Eat" is it! Great vibe with great service~Not a big place or big menu but something for everyone even our kids ~ who said Meatballs are best they ever had. Tapas style so fun to get a bunch of items a try. Our cocktials were tasty and calamari app with red curry was amazing!... More

Wasn't too sure by its appearance but don't let that fool you! The service was outstanding, the food was amazing, large portions, very reasonably priced. My wife and I had dinner there last night and with a million restaurant choices in va beach we are going back tonight.

Thank Tom B
