Three different dinners, none of them worth going back. Pick something else. Service was Ok, food mostly tasteless. Setting of the restaurant was convenient.

I eat here once a month or so and find the vibe gentle and comfortable. Not being Thai I can't say if it is authentic but it feels like it. Regardless I enjoy the food.

Excellent food at the small location in a strip mall. I always get great food with good service. The specials are usually wonderful.

I have eaten here numerous times. The food is very good but the place is not. If you don't mind the decor, it is worth it. Go at off hours because there is always a line for lunch. Must mean something.

This is a small, casual dining, restaurant in a strip mall. It is a gem. ("Pilin" means diamond in Thai). Visit for the food, not the ambiance. Excellent seafood, especially soft shell crab in season. Vegetable dishes are fresh and filled with authentic spices, like galangal, lemongrass, chilies as well as fine sauces. Meat dishes are well prepared as well.... More

Okay, so this little storefront restaurant is nothing special in the way of atmosphere, but the service and the food is fantastic. They also have a wide variety of dishes to include some vegan dishes for my son. I enjoyed the seafood kra pow with mussels, shrimp, scallops, and squids. Sadly, the squid was a bit overdone, but the mussels... More

There was nothing special about the food here and that isn't a bad thing. Good soup, good main course, decent atmosphere but nothing special. I was traveling on business when I went here and if I was back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

I am in agreement with the consensus. Our experience pegs this as a good though not great, standard Thai restaurant. They are not kidding about the peppers, and so if you can't handle any hot, be sure to order something with no peppers on the menu. Service was very efficient although not friendly.

I come here for lunch pretty often or even for dinner. They have a nice variety of some traditional Thai dishes which are all pretty good. Really enjoy their noodle dishes and their Spicy Thai Basil Fried rice is always a favorite. Definitely a fairly priced and great spot to grab a bite!

I was looking for a place to eat and just stumbled across Thai Pilin. I ordered to go but there are tables if you want to eat there. I had Pad Thai, it was delicious. I also had a vegetable roll appy, also very good. I'm in Tysons Corner for business from time to time and this is going to... More
