We re-visited Neisha Thai after a long time away. The restaurant was packed given how few really good Thao restaurants remain in our area. For appetizers Tom Yum spicy as ever. Chicken spring rolls and Nua Tum Tok all excellent. For main course red curry,...noodles and shrimp. Again all excellent. Wine with our meal but too filled for our mango sticky tice. Excellent and varied Thai menu very well prepared and presented. Ambiance is very with low lights and pleasant music. Good value.
I will start with the positive: the food is excellent. Except for my daughter (who is a picky eater and does not like to try new things), everyone enjoyed their food. I highly recommend the Pad Prik Khing to those who like spicy food. Another...positive was that they offered free ice cream to the fathers (we visited on Father's Day). If you care about the décor, the restaurant looks really nice. Moving on to the negatives, I will agree with previous reviewers: the service is a bit of a mess. Food preparation is not synchronized to give everyone in the party the chance to start at the same time. Our food (6 dishes) kept coming out of the kitchen for about 20 minutes. Those who were served first wanted to be polite and started eating only after everyone got their food. Sharing as the food came out was not an option because some in our party were vegetarian. Needless to say that some of the food got cold. Judging based on the attitude, our waiter had a pretty bad day. To top things off, the food comes with a minuscule amount of rice. You have to ask for more and each extra minuscule amount of rice costs $2.50 (you learn about it when the final bill comes).More

Waitress was so rude. Noon luncheon with 8 friends. Brought plate spill on the dress no apology ask for wet napkin to wipe out. No cutlery no sauce we had to get it from Neighbour table. Payment time after charges she brought and drop it...and went away. Food was good. Please do need to train your servers.More
The service was very poor. Waiter never came to the table for anything. Just brought appetizers and no plates, we had to wait and wait and ask another person for plates. Same thing with dinner. Food was mediocre. Service was very poor. On top of...that waiter added 20% gratuity before giving us the bill. The food was really tasty and flavorful, the quality of ingredients was very good. Service was also good, decor was nice, with a cool water feature. Overall highly recommended!

Located in a commercial section of town is the very inviting and comfortable Thai restaurant with Thai staff. Service was outstanding. The pai Thai shrimp was good and very filling. Very clean. Parking was easy. Family friendly. Very reasonably priced.
The restaurant was recommended. It seems they have other Neishas in other places in VA. The decor is nice. Beautiful lamps adorn the main room. The menu has lunch and dinner prices. We were fir lunch snd the bill came with dinner prices despite it...was before 14 h. We needed to talk to the manager to explain the charges. The manager reviewed and changed with no problems. But incidents as such are unnecessary specially if good reputation is a marketing target. The papaya salad was ok but not delightful while the parade of shrimp, mussels and scallops was delicious. The rolls were a bit oily and not very tasteful and the pad Thai was not impressive. The vegetarian noodles were ok a bit sweet but we thought maybe it is the way it has to be. We had two servers a gentleman who was very nice and a lady who seemed a bit not so happy. But we all have our days. I might be willing to try it again even in other Neishas despite the fact the experience was. Ot groovy. I have been in Thailand several times. I love Thai food.More

I went there by myself and i was recommended from this restaurant staff about "Crying tiger steak" finally i ended up with the best thai dessert here call "Mango with sticky" there was so yummy.
