Clyde's Tyson's Corner outpost is very good, but location is not the greatest. Sunday Bruch was the standard type fare, well executed and service was attentive.

Love this place. Most bars close around 11pm in the area and this place serves food after 11pm. Great staff and friendly people! I travel to McLean several times a month and get there at least once a month now.

Clyde's offers this month a lobster special that is the best for the money. $16.99 served with butter, slaw and French fries. Can't beat it as the lobster comes out hot and cooked right. I did have the raw oysters on the side. Great too for those who love. Second trip the oysters were overly brined so a lot salty.... More

We gave this restaurant a second chance and we are not sorry. Our server, you young man was great and the food unlike our last visit a few months ago was very good. I now recommend eating here.

Don't be fooled by the outside! The inside is top end, if not a bit quirky with its wall paintings. The service is top notch as with all restaurants that start with "Clyde" in the DC area. We discovered 1 Clyde themed restaurant and decided that we had to try more during our visit. (6 times in 4 days in... More

i loved this location.. not any more. huge construction site all around the building. difficult to find the entrance. jumbo lump crab sandwich was good but certainly not jumbo as advertised. at $17.95 i would think it might be a bit larger. i had the bacon cheese burger, ok but not great. the place was practically empty on a sunday... While it's great to offer the $9.95 specials on Thursdays , there is always room for improvement . The first week was fries and coke slaw. The fries were good , however the cole slaw was tasteless . I ordered the house made peach pie that was horrific. First it didn't have anything in it that looked like a peach.... More

I've lived in DC Metro for almost 50 years and remember when Clyde's was "the" restaurant to go to in Tyson's for special occasions and a really good meal. I have not been to the Tyson's Clyde's in about 5 years now and was very disappointed by what it has become. I brought my Mom and family in for brunch... More

Having not been to a Clyde's in many years, I was happy that my wife and I would be meeting friends there this weekend. We all found out food to be bland and boring. My salmon had to be the lowest quality fish I have had in years. My wife described her chicken dish as "boringly tasteless." Clyde's used to... More

As an institution in the DC area, the multiple Clyde's usually serve solid food, cooked to style, with few slips---and you pay for it. The Tyson corners location needs a review by management. The onion soup was bland, watery,--a glass of water would have been cheaper. The steaks were tough and fatty...and had we not been pressed for time, we... More

Description
Situated in one of the most coveted living and commercial areas in the US, this Art Deco-inspired roadhouse stands atop a bluff above the crossroads connecting Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. With four dining rooms, two kitchens and balconies overlooking live palm trees, Clyde's of Tysons Corner sets a new standard for Clyde's. From it's first day in operation, it has drawn a huge crowd of international and residential visitors including: business people and shoppers to nearby families and Wolf Trap audiences. With decor and furnishings that invite guests to dine amidst the glory days of Art Deco, the only thing that might top the varied and extensive menu is the elaborate and sophisticated atmosphere.
